The scammers at Winna are threatening to sue me or pay 5-10% only, typical smoke in mirrors for a scam casino.

i don't know what more ridiculous, them saying they gonna sue you for defamation, or them accusing you of card counting on pragmatic blackjack.

if they really had "clear evidence" of card counting, they would not be offering you shit, let alone 5–10% of your wins.
not to mention, if card counting was remotely possible on pragmatic blackjack or any other online blackjack, every casino offering that would be down millions.

I will be advertising this everywhere, these guys requested my ID so they could sue me, such lowly scam, their regulators will be receiving mails soon.

Hi everyone,

We’d like to clarify the background of this case so that the situation is fully understood.

The player in question made deposits totaling $1,520 on October 2nd and 3rd, played exclusively Blackjack Live (Pragmatic Play), and successfully withdrew $1,950 (that all went through instantly) during that same period.
Over the course of his play, he placed around 500 bets across various Pragmatic Blackjack tables.

Shortly after, we received an alert from Pragmatic Play Live. Based on their review of the player’s full gameplay history, they flagged the account for advantage play, specifically, card counting.

At that point, we blocked withdrawal access for the account while the matter was investigated further. He had around $1,000 left in his account at that time.

Here’s the relevant part of the official communication we received from Pragmatic Play’s fraud and risk team:

“Kindly note that the gameplay history and the overall activity of the players below has been thoroughly reviewed and we can confirm that they are showing signs of card counting:

User: ***49
User ID: **********394

According to our analysis on Blackjack games, these players are employing statistical models and card counting techniques to gain a theoretical advantage over the house. The players are only placing bets when they have a mathematical edge and are expected to generate winnings over the long run.

To be more precise, the players are wagering in advantageous situations when they have a mathematical advantage over the house.

Since the players are not playing the games for entertainment purpose we have blocked the accounts from all Pragmatic Play Live Casino games.
This is part of our ongoing security process improvements and commitment to faster response times.”

Only after realizing that withdrawals were blocked did the player start wagering on other games using the remaining balance that originated from the flagged gameplay.
In these cases, we’re required by both the provider and our license conditions to freeze related winnings that were obtained in a fraudulent way.

That said, we recognize that our communication during this process could have been clearer. The player should have been informed sooner about the restriction and the reason behind it, rather than discovering it after further play. We take responsibility for that delay and are already reviewing our internal procedures to improve future transparency.

The players account has been closed now. There will be no further comment from our side.

While we regret any inconvenience caused, our actions followed the provider’s official findings and our licensing obligations. We’ll make sure communication in such cases is handled more clearly going forward.

Card counting in live blackjack, I am legit full ROFLMAO.

Most live dealers like Pragmatic they use at least 8 decks if not more in the shoe + they reshuffle or change the shoe when the cut card comes. It's near impossible to predict anything there and let's not forget to add time limits + playing on multiple boxes requires you to bet exactly the same amount on your original box so you can't bust 1 smaller hand in hopes for making your bigger bet hand better and let's not forget to add factor of other players who do not play optimal.

The only way you can try to do this is if you have a buddy on voice call who is on the same table as you, probably playing min bet at the end of the table and trying to play for you. Now can you prove that? - No you can't.

Also to note - these bigger wins on mines - occurred on your PROVABLY FAIR house games so there's nothing to audit here. Pay the man.

Pragmatic Play blocks the accounts on its own initiative, they are not even a party in this case and have no right to argue anything. Casino needs to pay, winnings were obtained fair (even if it was "Card counting", casino still needs to pay out..) .

Is there a reason why an extra hand is needed? You're already here to act as the resolver of OP's dispute agaianst this casino. If I correctly imply from your own statement below, you're paid for it, and you've managed to resolve three cases [and many more to come]. So, is an extra hand, my hand, really needed?

Never trapped anyone, he understood the assignment. I made it very clear with him and now we got a result. The issue has been solved, I don't want to take credit, but I did my best. I made formal complaints on behalf of the OP. This is my 3rd successful case. Hopefully many more to come!

The Narrative that i'm a scammer is completely outrageous. I don't ask for any personal information. I explain to the client what i do for him, the terms and conditions and if they agree. I start my work on their case, Plain and simple.

So you can get paid for the work you didn't do? You're the casino resolver who make agreement with players who have dispute with casinos, and you've made three successful cases. This makes no sense at all! You claimed they scammed you out of $80k, you haven't received anything, and you're okay settling for $5k now? This would be the kind of thing to hand over to a lawyer to pursue, not to say it's "resolved" hoping they'll pay you 6% of your winnings!

This is the dark side of online casino gambling. The player has no way to recover his money, and he even agreed to accept $ 5,000 instead of $ 80,000, despite not receiving the promised $5,000. Winna instructed him to mark the case as resolved, and they would send him $ 5,000 if the player did so, which is why the player marked this case as resolved even without receiving the funds. As we can see, the player is still waiting and expecting the 5K.
