I registered new acc by phone and passed verification, sent my ID and selfie, all information about my balance, about transactions and hashes. Did and sent screenshots from bittrex web, from FB acc etc. But support again asks about new email acc registration. So each time we have new requests for new steps, when I think that my given information is enough.
You're just wasting your time; they are just making a fool of you. Whatever you do, if you send screenshots of deposits and KYC, they will not give your funds back. They never do that for all their complainants, and they are not going to change now.
I have wished and hoped that Freewallet will not have another victim because there are so many scam reports scattered on the internet.
I was wrong; it seems some users are not yet updated on the status of Freewallet, so the scamming continues.
