Not all casinos have active online support, some of them even let a Bot manage the inquiries and issues. They just give us an FAQ and a support ticket. And yes, it is very frustrating, especially if we have the need for an immediate answer. So I highly appreciate casinos with 24/7 active person custmer support.
That’s right, it really feels disrespectful, especially when the replies are clearly coming from AI with canned, formatted answers. It gets frustrating when the issue needs an immediate fix, but instead you feel like you’re answering some quiz from an AI bot. I don’t think AI should be used for serious issues like this. It’s fine for FAQs, but real problems should be handled by real support. Casinos should understand that keeping gamblers satisfied matters, repeat players are where they actually make their money.
I’ve had the same experience, and it’s incredibly frustrating when you're stuck talking to an AI or a bot. What we’re looking for is an instant connection with a real person, because with bots, it usually takes days before your concern actually reaches a human who can help.
You can't blame gamblers for leaving a casino when they don't get the level of satisfaction they expect. Honestly speaking, these concerns should
be a top priority for every casino.
