It's over four years now  the indigenous people of Biafra leader Namdi kanu has been heard by the dss and series of court sections has been heard several times but it seems their is no sign that shows he will be released anytime soon. However since the regime of our new president his excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu their is still no sign of this man getting his freedom despite not been convicted in any crime, but in recent time our president has granted some notorious and some harden criminals pardon while still keeping ipob leader in prison, so this has stirred so many reactions both in Nigerian and outside Nigerian and this has kept me wondering what could be the problem or is more to it that am not aware of? Because if convicted murderers, convicted drugs traffickers and also convicted kidnappers and many more then why still holding ipob leader?

Secondly, Sowere the human rights activist is mobilizing a protest to match to the aso rock in regards to the release of mazi kanu, my question is will this coming protest that will take hold on the 20th of this month ensure his release?

In South Africa, Nelson Mandela fought aparthide when he saw that the blacks in South Africa were being intimidated by the white, and their was serious racism whereby the blacks suffered maltreatment and humiliation, this single man Nelson Mandela took it upon himself and fought for the freedom of the blacks in South Africa.
Nelson Mandela was jailed and released after many years in prison.

Today, is Nnamdi Kanu fighting for freedom of Biafra, the federal government of Nigeria should not take his life for that reason, let them set him free and grant him his heart desire.

I do not think the Nnamdi Kanu will continue to agitate.

Igbo people should not fool themselves. They need to have one voice. Only when people will know they mean it is when their senators and house of representative are not going for meeting anymore and also getting involved. But there political leaders do not want that. They are even afraid of Nnamdi Kanu.

But what was Nnamdi Kanu think before? He wanted oil producing states in Nigeria to be part of Biafra nation. He should know that is not going to happen. Oil makes up 85% or more of Nigeria exports.

Even if some of us are thinking that there Igbo brothers has a hand in what is happening to him but don't we have law and justice on this country?, how can the will of those people be stronger than the government because if court grant him bail and another group decided to ignore it and use there power to make sure he remains there means that they are above the government. At least the protest will remind them that the people are aware of the game they are playing with Nnamdi Kanu case. It will also send a signal to the presidency that there's a great awakening among the Nigerian people on recent happenings in the country. It is really an injustice and when the masses continue keeping quiet, injustice will continue to reign supreme in this country. All we are asking for is a country were everyone irrespective of tribes and ethnicity.

Although it is sad enough to learn that some Igbo men and women in business and politics are paying and lobbying seriously for DSS to continue detaining Nnamdi Kanu. But this is above them and this time it's about equity fairness and justice for all citizens of this country.

Nnamdi Kanu's deliberate detention in with the State's Security Service of Nigeria is out rightly a violation of human rights. Because it's been long overdue since he was charged to court since the previous administration under the late president Muhammadu Buhari, and now this current administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and yet his case keeps getting adjourn in court without the proper valid reason and probably tell the public the very reason why he was arrested. Because to be frankly speaking, this whole thing is strictly political, and until our Nigerian Judges can handle cases independently without the influence of the executive and legislatures, this country is likely to remain stagnant. Hence, I pray and wish Sowere's recent protest for the release of Nnamdi Kanu works successfully.

You should know by now that there is nothing more to it than politics, this dirty thing we play I'm Nigeria I'm Dushku of democracy. If not for greed, power and envy, why would they still be hildiyhim down till date without any tangible reason? Common, it's greed and the quest not to give up power. Remember, money is power. Once they give up leadership, they give up over excessive ownership of money, Ans that means they have given up power, and they don't ever want that to happen, over there dead bodies.

Our political leaders here in Nigeria are so corrupt that they care less about any other person, wether blood runs throughout veins and arteries is not there business. All they sincerely care about is there self will, greed and absolute power, and absolute power they say, corrupts. The system is decaying and the country is on the ''Brinks of Doom''.

Each time I remember that man(Mazi Nnamdi Kanu), I begin to imagine the force that will ever set him free, because those leaders are not ready to do so unless he agrees to there terms and conditions.

For Sowere's case, the protest is not an assurance of his release. No doubt sowere is a force presently in Nigerian politics, but the movemeyam sure will help to create awareness in the minds of Nigerians and even fear in the minds of the government, but they always have an escape route for all there evils. If the fear is because they think he will contest Abia State governorship then it won't be a business of all eastern leadership  against him since it is going to be an affair in Abia State. At least reasonably, I don't think governors interfere with what is happening in another state, so I don't think that is the kind of fear they have. If there is a fear, then it is because of their business interest scattered across Nigeria that they are kicking against succession because if Biafra government comes then status quo of operation and business relations will change. So they don't want to lose what they have acquired in business, properties, relationship and status in Nigeria. It is not about governorship in my opinion, otherwise he would have contested since.

Nnamdi Kanu was arrested in Kenya on 27th June, 2021. That means he has been in detention for more than 4 years and not 10 years. His arrest in Kenya was unlawful, while his detention in Nigeria is also unlawful, although he disobeyed the law. But he was not in Nigeria when Kenya arrested him and sent him to Nigeria. Government with primitive behavior.

As usual the Nigerian government sent armed uniform men to chase away the protesters with tear gas. I saw videos of his the protesters and organiser were running. My question now is, is protesting now a crime? We this can never happen in a sane society. Oct 20th, 2020 the Nigerian uniform men killed several Nigerians in Lekki toll gate and till today, no justice for those killed and so I can understand why the protesters of free Kanu ran.

The Nigerian government are just holding and innocent man without any case on him, even the court has asked them to release him but the wicked people in government are still holding him. The sad reality is that, terrorist in the North are being negotiated with by the government while an innocent man is labelled a terrorist and held in prison. It's just sad that we are living in a country where the leaders doesn't value human lives.

From a holistic point of view, I think the issue with Nnamdi Kanu is a mix of politics, ethnicity, national security and leadership interests. what I notice is that his continued detention is not even about whether he is guilty of what he has been accused of or not, I think it is more of what his release would mean to the political balance of the south east and the country entirely.

I guess even the political class in the south east are very comfortable with the current detention of Nnamdi Kanu because the guy has a strong emotional hold of on his supporters within and outside the country and that alonme can transform into a political power and that's the reason why many of those Igbo politicians will turn blind eye to him.

As for the protest Sowore did, it is more like an awareness and increase pressure from the side of the people to the side of the government but aside from that, this protest of a thing cannot guarantee Nnamdi Kanu's release as many of these kind of efforts have been made in the past but no results.

What I think will make the most realistic impact or change is when there's a strategic negotiation where political leaders from the South Eastern part of the country come together and enter into a dialogue with the presidency to reach a more lasting agreement, else confrontations like this may not bring any real solution to the problem but will only serve as a wake up call to the leaders of that geopolical zone as well as the Villa to do the needful.

Omoyele Sowore the leader of the free Namdi kalu was seen in court today with Kalu, they hugged and encourages each other. Thereafter the police arrested Omoyele Sowore and took him to Cp office in Abuja where he was detained for violating court order. According to the police, Omoyele Sowore protested in an restricted area against the court order. The police is just a took in the hands for the executive, because why did althey arrest harmless protesters that didn't breakdown any properties or block roads. It  was the police that blocked the roads in Abuja, in a civilized county the police protect the protesters while in Nigeria the police shoot at the protesters, truly we're living in a country where the constitution doesn't exist. The government has violated all the provisions of the constitution just to achieve their wicked arm.

On the Court order, it's only the court that will determine if Omoyele Sowore and his supporters violated the court order and not police, that's contempt of the court. The police doesn't know the law, they are just useless people. Same Omoyele Sowore that was in the news the other day protesting for police welfare.  This country is scary, the hope of the common man which is the court has failed several times to administer justice. No hope for Nigeria.

It is a clear evidence of how wicked some person from this tribe could be . But all the same federal government is not trying, keeping that man that long in detention for that long is a clear evidence that our judiciary isn't working. How can they keep some one in detention for over 5 to 6 years now.
If we also take a look at the recent arrest of sowore by the Nigeria police says it all, this APc government is trying to silence the voice of the people. So nnamdi kanu being in detention is not just cause by the governors from that region, federal knowsnthe kind of illegal game they are playing.
