I understand how OP feels being betrayed by his own wife, I know it must be very painful and nobody will be happy to split the wealth that they personally built with a cheating wife in a divorce. By law everything one person owns in a marriage belongs to the two people in the marriage but what does no longer belong to a partner in a marriage cannot be shared in a divorce.

This marriage of a thing could be viewed as a daylight robbery in many cases, which is why rich people should be smart these days, especially the men. As much as it sounded good to me I think you should just let split the assets between you both like many others already mentioned.
I know it feels aweful to having to give up your hard earned money just like that to someone who's been cheating on you.
But that's the harsh reality and that's the way how they have setup policies against us.
I do agree splitting up the money when both the partners mutually decide go split up but not in case of cheating.

Damn man, that is awful and am very sorry to hear about this. This is some low key diabolical plotting you have going on here, purely entertaining to read and very controversial. Bitcoin ATMs have crazy high fees youll lose 20% off the top. Id maybe go the exchange route just to convert and then transfer to cold storage. The upside I think it's Iran that that energy costs are so low! You should start a major mining operation over there and make a killing hahaha. Because as he moves assets from stocks to fiat and from fiat to bitcoin, the transactions become trackable and traceable by law enforcement.
