Hello everyone,
I’ve been involved with the online casino community for a long time, especially on Bitcoin forums where I’ve built a good reputation over the years. I’ve always played fair and never been involved in creating multiple accounts or any kind of dishonest activity, and also @memehunter give me red tag. That's is totally unfair with me for reason (Contest cheater with multiple accounts/collusion. Banned from all of my contests from now on.
Untrusted feedback).
However, recently @Xyes.com Casino accused me of having a “multi-account,” which is completely false and baseless. I was really surprised because I’ve always used only one account and strictly followed their terms and conditions.
To make things worse, I found out that I’ve received negative feedback on the forum, which seriously hurts the reputation I’ve built for years. I have already contacted their support team, but so far they haven’t provided any clear explanation or proof regarding their accusation.
Through this post, I want to make it clear that I am an honest player. If anyone has real evidence against me, I’m open to seeing it publicly.
I kindly ask the community members to look into this matter with an open mind and decide whether this kind of treatment is really fair.
Thank you all for your time and understanding.

Xyes.com first said you have multiple accounts on their site? memehunter tagged you red after because you are using multiple accounts in his contest that he created for Xyes.com.

You will need to first resolve the issue with the gambling site. Maybe Casinoguru or Askgambler might help you if truly you are not having multiple accounts on the gambling site but I doubt that.

I don't think they "Xyes.com" would just make this up over that small prize money. They have probably seen some patterns that show that you had multiple accounts for the contest. IP logs, log in times, betting patterns etc
If Xyes.com confirms that you were multiple accounting with some bit of evidence presented, then you are most definitely going to receive new tags. Let me see if they will respond here.

Then do as suggested by @Oshosondy for now. The mediators at Casinoguru or Askgambler will ask for the casino to present proof about multi-accounting, but the proof will not be viewable by the public for GDPR compliance reasons. The independent mediators will then determine if the casino is right or now. We will be able to see the verdict. Meanwhile, we shall wait for yes.com's response as well since it concerns their reputation

I see memehunter left a negative to another player, which is this - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2904250

It would be strange if they had tagged you only and accused you of having multiple accounts with some random, unknown players. However, it appears they suspected you of owning the account I mentioned above, which also likely participated in the Poker event. The other account in question registered on the forum in the same year, 2020, and you registered in the same year as well. Both accounts have been inactive, and both of you started being active this year. I don't understand what you mean by build reputation over the years.

Both of you should participate in Games and Rounds threads and refrain from engaging in the other side of the forum. How did both of you start playing in the Poker event and get flagged by Xyes? They didn't confiscate your big wins or anything like that. But they organised an event for the community and distributed the prize to the players.

Usually, the casinos falsely accuse players if the player has had some big wins and they want to scam the players. In your case, I can see that the prize pool was distributed to the other winners to make things fair. So, I don't think Xyes is blaming you for nothing. Just be honest and move on.

You can ask him via PM so that he can send you the proof that contains personal information on all the account connected then release it here by yourself or completely allow them to post your information here in the thread.

@Xyes maybe give him the proof he is asking or a detailed explanation on how these account was connected to each other for clarity.

but so far they haven’t provided any clear explanation or proof regarding their accusation.

where is my proof? I know they didn’t have any proof.

Give me a proof

You think you are over smart? Casino has already given you sufficient reasons for banning. You want casino to post proof of your IP logs and access browsers publicly or send it to you via PM, lol. You can always check your IPs on your own. No reputed casino will do that.
Keep in mind I never ever ban anyone just based on hand history which is quite passive between you and your connected account at the final table yesterday. I never banned anyone of your account from the telegram group because even if there is a 0.0001% chance, I don't want you to deny that, may be a story like we all live in a same building, relative etc.  Grin

I want you to read some other words which are on point,

Then do as suggested by @Oshosondy for now. The mediators at Casinoguru or Askgambler will ask for the casino to present proof about multi-accounting, but the proof will not be viewable by the public for GDPR compliance reasons. The independent mediators will then determine if the casino is right or now. We will be able to see the verdict.

Good luck with your new accounts (or already create accounts which are still to be surfaced)  Grin.

These are bullshit lazy arguments. This is the casino event organized by the casino, and they have distributed the prizes to other winners. Even if you do not get them, someone else got them. So, what is the point of the casino banning your accounts? You could have said this if the casino had confiscated the winnings and kept them for themself. But the casino distributed the prizes to other winners to make things fair.

If you are confident, why don't you create a complaint on Casinoguru? You will earn more negative feedback from this thread because people will start connecting the dots. Just accept your mistake and move on, kid.

Frankly I'm surprised anyone lets accounts like these participate in any type of giveaway or contest. Look at the post history: 160 posts in Games & Rounds, 16 in Gambling Discussion, 2 in Gambling and then these posts in Reputation. This is obviously not a real person.  Cheesy

What I mean by that is this account only comes here to participate in contests & giveaways. They have no interest in the forum outside of that, which suggests (to me, anyway) that they have other accounts on the forum. There are several accounts like this. The organizers of these contests should be more discerning who they let join. I would say must be a Full Member or above is a good start.

Also, XYES should do us the courtesy of letting us know who the connected cheating account(s) is (are).

I agree with you.

There are some accounts I see aggressively participating only in Games & Rounds contests, but they are sort of lucky that the managers are not so strict. I am very sure there are a couple of account farms in there and with time some of them will get exposed.

After looking into the multi-account issue and the cheating jeilian did, I’ve come to a few conclusions.

Jeilian admitted that he came from the same country as EMAM0047 and Sahilkhan

Making deposits in the same currency. But Jeilian is too smart to hide it all using another currency.

Jeilian has been watched for a long time for his playing style but he doesn't feel it.

The suspicion got even stronger after seeing that only Jeilian tried to defend themselves here, while EMAM0047 and Sahilkhan both have accounts on this forum but didn’t bother to say anything.
Sahilkhan00

In Xyes.com sponsored poker tournaments, deposits are required and a 1x wager must be made before withdrawals. Xyes has a rule that states, "'At xyes.com wagering is calculated using effective turnover: Effective Turnover = Payout − Stake. A 1× wagering requirement means 1× effective turnover'"

Jeilian used those two alt accounts to avoid the house edge. But the casino can easily catch this kind of cheating. This pretty much confirms the suspicions people already had, especially with the evidence from casino Xyes.

OP,  I believe a casino does not just take actions like that without doing a proper investigation if there be any complaint. They must have taken their time to access your details such as long information and IP before coming to conclusion on their findings. I think you weren't smart enough to cover the IP aspect of it as you likely can kit do that.
And also, do not expect the casino to proof a point by making public your information because they are also diplomatic in handling situations as no one knows what actions you might take against them for making your information public so accept your fate and move on.

The Last online are another dead giveaway. JeiLian on trying to prove that he is innocent, yet he is not, might have just helped expose himself even more.

What amazes me most about jeilian is his sudden improvement of his English skill.  Roll Eyes This guy always played a game, plain and simple. Called him out for that months ago, nobody acted on it. For seasoned players like me and MV, we have smelled the rotten fish from the beginning, honestly.

Normally he wouldn't have been allowed to participate from the beginning since the rule was that you needed to have at least 5 merit to play, yet this was circumvented by some nonsensical 5 merit donation here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5537094.msg65249107#msg65249107

Why there was even a rule like this and then it's disregarded only opened the door for dirt like him to pull this off.

I think what logfiles posted pretty much says it all, that's why he didn't even bother to come back here.

this was circumvented by some nonsensical 5 merit donation here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5537094.msg65249107#msg65249107

Royse is a man of heart, and I can see the intent behind it. That was the starting phase of poker tournaments and IMO, he just allowed someone out of good faith. I even discussed this with a wise member of this forum (I am not sure if he recalls) and since there was a 5 merit rule I have to accept him. It hardly matters because you can now participate through other platforms like casinos socials/ organizer's socials etc. without even a single merit.
What is strange that these are the only 5 merits he had till now Grin which shows the robustness of merit system in general.

There are some accounts I see aggressively participating only in Games & Rounds contests, but they are sort of lucky that the managers are not so strict. I am very sure there are a couple of account farms in there and with time some of them will get exposed.

HarvestOpan is definitely one of their alt accounts. HarvestOpan used an address previously used by JeiLian to participate in a contest.
https://bitlist.co/address/bc1qf3qlmg2dxgd6ltqu9zffxntlt4f604nyvut3vv

HarvestOpan has also send USDT to JeiLian’s Binance deposit address. Two more accounts they have sent funds to are MamBp9 and Mahiyammahi.

Interestingly enough, Mahiyammahi, like JeiLian also made a scam accusation against XYES when they accused him of multi-accounting. I thought a one off transaction and similar cheating accusation might just be coincidence so I looked further and found that Mahiyammahi is connected to dozens of red tagged users through the same Binance deposit address, 0xF99F9371df014376398fCCDB0Bd07fE0343B7558, that HarvestOpan has sent funds to.

Mahiyammahi is the most frequent depositor to that address with 93 combined deposits from three different addresses. The next most frequent depositor is Ronyah with 24 deposits from address 0xEcfe286A8A7fd8e476e56f8ECF29e1862C86EF48. Ronyah has red tags for bounty cheating and ban evasion.

The funding between addresses and repeated transfers with each other leaves no doubt these accounts are part of the same farm.

Other accounts connected to this farm based on shared deposit addresses include these users (most them are red tagged already): Rony121, Moskan70, Eakub123, Shahadot66, Juwellislamjoy, Fatemafh, Mahfujme, Baralikadr, Sajedulkarim, AyashaAktar, Kaderbarali, swarajeb, Hasan1511, SaifulZ, siamjoy0, Jack0987, @Juwel, Morkel12, Faridulme, Pk Boss, Labu13, Netaj, Coincho10, Azizulm37, Faruksu, Sharmin309, Juwel12, Juwel123, mdarif909, Salman8205, Belal01, HISTACHIN9, OrangeBot97, Rupbanu
