Do yourself a favor and upgrade to an airgapped device, like SeedSigner. You'll have a watch-only Sparrow wallet, which allows for more customization than Electrum, and you also get higher level of security than a Trezor One. I have written a review here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5400742.0.

However, it needs to be said that Trezor is also thoroughly reviewed, and Electrum is one of the most reputable, open-source wallet software out there.

I have decided to use Sparrow Wallet. I believe it has a better UI/UX than Electrum, which has a more OG Bitcoiner interface. Sparrow Wallet has a more polished, "I'm a pleb/newbie/casual user", interface that should make it a little easier and intuitive to use.

You made the right decision. In contrast to Electrum, Sparrow uses the native descriptors architecture that offers significant advantages when it comes to importing and exporting flows. Additionally, I personally prefer pairing  hardware wallets particularly the Passport Core with Sparrow. While Electrum doesn't support pairing this particular HW via the optical channel, Sparrow does it seamlessly using QR codes.

Plus I heard that Sparrow Wallet had a CoinJoin feature?
I think this is not working anymore (unless with some fork), but there are other wallets available if you are interested in coinjoin, for example Ashigaru wallet.
Another interesting wallet that works with Trezor HW is Cake wallet, it has several advanced privacy features and it's worth checking out.
There is no Coinjoin in Cake wallet, but there is Silent Payments, Payjoin V2, etc.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. Because I'm using a Mac and a Trezor, I have decided to use Sparrow Wallet. I believe it has a better UI/UX than Electrum, which has a more OG Bitcoiner interface. Sparrow Wallet has a more polished, "I'm a pleb/newbie/casual user", interface that should make it a little easier and intuitive to use.

Plus I heard that Sparrow Wallet had a CoinJoin feature?
You seem to have a profile that, like me, focuses on the UI/UX usability of wallets. I saw that you use Trezor Suite, for me, it's the closest to perfection, offering Tor, RBF, bech32 and taproot addresses, multiple account support, etc.

I'll tell you what I use and you can take it as a suggestion: I use Electrum, Sparrow Wallet and Bitcoin Core for smaller amounts, they can be configured for air-gapped cold storage. These are the best options for you to use with your Trezor (Electrum and Sparrow).

Other users suggested Cake Wallet, which is becoming increasingly relevant due to its support for more and more hardware wallets, as well as new features.

But the wallet I like best in terms of UI is Bitcoin Core. You can also configure your Sparrow Wallet to synchronize with your Bitcoin Core node for greater privacy.

I use an old Trezor One, and I want to ask for all of your wallet software suggestions to use for my old Trezor. I currently use Electrum, but I need a better UI/UX.

I also don't like to use the Trezor Suite. Furthermore, I use the wallet just for Bitcoin, although I won't mind if your suggestion is a multi-coin wallet if it has good UI/UX.

Try Bitcoin-Safe and let us know how it feels http://bitcoin-safe.org/download

Here a BT Q&A and Support topic in case is need it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5556034
