Being the best in gambling is when you know what you're doing i mean understanding the options very well, any gambler that understand all the options in gamble can be considered the best but if it's in the side of wining I don't think if there's anyone that will be considered the best in that area because even most of this gamblers that only know few options in gamble are the ones making profit even more than those that claims that they understand everything about gambling, so no matter the knowledge or skill we applied in gamble without luck being by our side those skills is just in vain.

This your theory is sounding lame though, there is no law in gambling that says you must depend on luck. If you think that luck is needed, then I can say that you can be gambling for 365 days without winning any thing, you may never be lucky while gambling. If you have skills, it's a good tool to navigate your ways to winning but when gambling decides to bless you with luck, you will find gambling amusing, you will not complain of not winning.

Yea becoming a master in gambling does not mean that you are going to know everything about gambling but you can be good in some aspects be it slots, sportbook, poker or other games that are not that popular. People gain mystery from what they like doing on a daily basis and we should not try to follow the short cut because that is not going to make a gambler a genuine master in a particular game.

Can you be the best when you are losing bets when gambling? No so being the best is not about gambling like a professional and using big money to bet.
