I would Say that... Thats pretty better you still keep track of your gambling activities and avoid and any cost to "get down big".
I would see something common a bad gambling experience but its always better to be at least ready for the issue in the worst case
Si, unless there Is Sinner playing, I would just stop and take a break for an hour at least ...

Have you ever experienced that moment when you’re already down a huge amount, and suddenly the excitement is gone? You’re just gambling for the sake of it, placing bets recklessly, and deep down you know you’ll probably get busted soon.

You know, every gambler goes through that phase, that point where you either accept the loss and save the little you’ve got left, or just keep playing thinking maybe you’ll make a comeback. So what kind of gambler are you? The type who stops and walks away with what’s left, or the one who goes all in until it’s completely gone?
If you are able to follow risk management, you will never allow your deposit to reach zero. This can only happen if you are not very good at gambling. In that case, it makes sense to consider quitting gambling altogether. I think that if you top up your deposit and lose it several times, it’s a clear sign that you shouldn’t be spending money on gambling, unless you are ready to spend a small amount that you wouldn’t regret losing.

When you allow it to get to the point where you are down bad then it means that you have no control over your gambling activities. Its ideal to stop immediately you notice that you are getting emotionally unstable from losing a few times. Its easy to get carried away whe  you are in losses, getting out of the headspace of trying to get back what you have lost. Always stop while you haven't lost much, don't wait until you are down big before you think of quitting. It might not even be possible for you to quit after you have lost a huge amount unless you run out of money completely

I usually choose to spend all of what I deposit in gambling, when it's completely gone I will leave, because withdrawing some of it in my opinion makes me more curious so for me spending it all is the best choice even though sometimes I leave with annoyance

I've never actually gambled, so I've never experienced this. But I find it interesting to see how emotion can change people's behavior. That's why I have a question to share with you: is it easier to control temptation when you start with clear limits?

Gambling is a whole journey on its own. It is a path in your life that you desire to follow without having any compulsion. You need to firstly train your mind to accept that gambling is a game of entertainment and choice. It is an engagement you willing choose to do and try as much as you can not to be forced to it because you will lose the fun in gambling and start doing on something entirely different like chasing profits and being too sensitive about losses are habits you can learn wrongly about gambling that can easily lead you to addiction and this is what drives many gamblers from bridging limits even when they decided to set one in the first place.

Your mindset towards gambling at the very start will determine how you will treat yourself when gambling, it will determine if you are going to enjoy your gambling lifestyle or not because gambling can give you joy and still take that joy from you at the same time if you don't be careful. Gambling is a game that deals with your mental health so it is a game that you enter with clarity and understanding. If you don't understand the basics of gambling and potential risks attached to, don't even engage in it at all.

The option is clear and if we still have a more forward thinking mindset in the end quitting is the most appropriate reason to do so because after all we must realize that when we lose and force our will to try to return the defeat we know that the results will be much worse than imagined.

Apart from the different gambling objectives in this case we must realize that we will not be able to think clearly when this happens because our thoughts are not about comfort in playing but how to restore the losses that have occurred.
It's just that this condition can actually be reversed when emotions cannot be controlled and we always go beyond the limit and not a few gamblers end up regretting it because those who have lost a large amount but are unable to control their emotions which makes the situation difficult to control.

I don't think I have experience this phase before but I can say for myself that I don't have money to throw into gambling that will make me gamble recklessly. Every money wager is put into consideration and I don't think about it twice, if it's something I wouldn't be able to sleep at night I don't use it to bet for my peace and that of my pocket, doing this have help me avoid this kind of problems because why should you go gamble recklessly when it will not return your money.

Every gambler should know what works for them and also understand that gambling is not your wallet where you can plug money always. Just do what you can but don't depend on it. Using myself as an example, I didn't bet any game today not because I don't want to, in fact I wanted to bet but I was scared to bet, wasn't too confident in some games and guess what, it came as I was expecting. Most matches today were full of retarded teams that are not serious.

As a gambler, knowing when to call it a day is really important in order not to regret everything and end up losing everything. When is no longer going your way after maybe 5 to 6 attempts of placing and losing a bet serially then you should be able to know that this is not your day and it’s better to call it a day instead of trying to chase your loses. Chasing loses is one of the most gambling addiction and you may end up at the end of the day borrowing money just to chase the loses and still not getting it and you’re already in a debt because you’ve exhausted all the money you were with.
When in a winning position, a gambler must also know when to stop, so they don’t end up losing everything they’ve won, much less when they’re on a losing streak. I think every gambler should learn to control their emotions properly, as it makes it easier to stop betting.
It’s a serious mistake for a gambler to take out a loan just to gamble, that clearly shows they are deeply addicted. Sooner or later, their life will be affected, and they may end up living under constant pressure.

Gamblers who have the ability to accept losses can protect themselves from big losses. But the picture we often see is that whenever a gambler loses a lot, he cannot accept the loss. He tries to recover the loss as soon as possible, which results in him losing more. Here there are two types of gamblers, one thinks that he can recover his money, the other thinks that he should stop there, the number of unfair losses will increase even more. However, it should be understood that being wise does not mean accepting losses, but sometimes the gambler should take a break so that he can regain the ability to bet again.

I am always a low risk taker and that's why I never go for big losses. Rather, when I gamble with my small amounts of money, when those funds run out, I don't immediately stop gambling. Moreover, I am not a hardcore gambler. I just gamble occasionally.
Moreover, if I personally tell everyone to gamble, I would only suggest that before gambling, we should set aside a certain amount of funds that we can afford to lose and only gamble with that amount, and no additional funds should be used.

Every gambler should have a limit set to himself, this will help regulate the gambling activities of such individuals I believe that if there is a gambling limit it will modulate the gambling behavior of such a person. It's better to leave when necessary in gambling because when you are down and still continues to gamble you are definitely doing yourself harm . So the best thing to do is to honorably work away when you lost the money that you budget for the purpose of gambling I don't believe in going broke because I used my last card in gambling.

When you’re down big, it certainly means you’ve had to place bet with a stake that you weren’t ready to lose, you want that to be a win very obviously but, gambling being gambling, it’s not always bright. The losses are real and when you lose, the idea of chasing your loss comes to mind. There is nothing exciting about being in that position, every bet you place is a necessary win else, you just end up digging your hoe a lot deeper. Betting recklessly, I wouldn’t say so but, not scared of taking risks that measures up to what have been lost.

I know when to stop when I think there’s no more chances left anymore. Though it leave me devastated but I’m sure if I keep gambling the whole day, even my personal savings will also be compromised. So I have to cut it off and leave the casino immediately, like nothing happened, and just come back again once I’m all ready set to gamble again, willing to lose again, or much better this time make good returns.

I believe everyone has experienced this, but the reactions would be different, depending on how you manage your emotions and being able to make good decisions despite of a tough situation.

Well, gambling is all about entertainment, and ideally, we should stop when the excitement is gone, and then take a temporary break, because it can be dangerous to continue betting when it is no longer exciting. However, I think it all depends on the situation or condition we are in. Personally, I will stop immediately when the betting, or gambling I am doing is no longer fun, because I know my limits, so I will withdraw my remaining bankroll, but sometimes I also risk everything until it is gone when I am still feeling the excitement. So, in essence, we need to know our own limits, especially when it comes to knowing when excitement is still there or not. By this way, we can avoid excessive gambling, which is very bad for us.

Lately, I've been choosing to quit more often when I experience major losses, especially consecutive losses. This is because I've experienced firsthand that continuing to bet in such a situation isn't the right solution to recover losses. I've actually found that my losses only get bigger, which causes problems for my mental and psychological health. Another impact is that I lose my enthusiasm for other activities.

So, now I rarely experience major losses because I usually like to stop immediately at the first loss with an amount of money I can afford to lose.

That moment when the excitement fades and you realize you are just gambling out of habit is the point where many people lose control it’s no longer about fun or strategy it’s just about chasing something that isn’t there anymore the feeling of trying to win back what’s lost becomes stronger than reason and that’s when the biggest losses happen. Every gambler faces that choice stop and keep what’s left or go all in and risk everything sometimes pride makes it hard to walk away because admitting defeat hurts more than losing money but the truth is knowing when to stop is the real sign of strength it takes more courage to accept a loss than to keep pretending that another spin or bet will fix everything.

When gambling stops feeling exciting or enjoyable it’s a warning sign that the balance is gone and once that happens it’s best to take a break or quit completely some people can sense their limits and pull back others only realize it after everything is gone that’s why discipline matters more than luck. The safest way to handle it is to set clear rules before playing decide how much to risk and when to stop if the thrill turns into frustration walk away gambling should stay as entertainment not as an escape or a fight against losses once it stops being fun it’s time to protect yourself not your next bet.

Continuing until it gets to the point where you are down big is a bad decision to take as a gambler that understands bankroll management..if you don't exercise self control you might keep on chasing your losses until you end up losing everything you have..its important for you to stop on time, don't wait until you are already down big before you think of stopping, discipline is highly important

It's always easier said than done, but that's how gambling should be treated. While we're playing, we should never forget about limits and self-control, as they're the only things that can help us avoid a losing streak.

The best practice is to stop when you experience your first loss, consider it a bad day, and most importantly, acknowledge that gambling is risky. Self-acceptance can really help ease emotions.

I have simple thought to describe my behaviour while gambling that when i was run out of my balance i think it's not more than i didn't lucky enough and after i have finished my money then i wouldn't attempt to chasing my loses with deposit more because i have realize this behaviour will lead me to suffering huge loss

While win too that currently i have set my limit that i don't want to be too greedy anymore because this feeling makes me lost some opportunities to won the money from gambling so, starting from now i have never chasing big winning anymore and if i got lucky i think 50% profit from my initial capital is reasonable

I've never been in a situation where I was about to run out of money. Only once did I lose my entire bankroll, but it was a small amount, and I tried out a strategy, so I realized the odds of losing were high. Yes, the excitement wore off, but I played until the end.

I lost quite large amounts several times, but I kept betting, and eventually made a profit. But I was playing according to strategy, betting a standard amount; I didn't decide to go all that today.
