But once it’s all gone, I make sure to control myself and not deposit again, because I’ve experienced that many times before and it usually doesn’t end well. It's easy to be a gambler but being a responsible gambler takes a lot of good decisions become one. The obvious choice here is to stop gambling when you're already out of money, don't push yourself in a thing that doesn't guarantee you a return of investment. Yeah, that is exactly the thing… after a loss you have a choice, but most people do not actually pause to think about it logically. Once emotions comes in, the mind just pushes you to keep going, like maybe the next spin or the next bet will fix everything. But it does not works like that...

When I've not understood responsible gambling I sometimes emerse myself inside a losing streak and keep going, not caring how much more I will lose because of the frustration. That was then, now I predetermine how much I'm going to spend in a session before I start and whether I'm winning or losing I will stop when I exhaust the amount. If you use amount that you can afford to loose to gamble you won't be frustrated if you lose at the end of your session, you'll casually see it as your unlucky day. I think talking about statistics is quite difficult because in this case we will never know for sure about it when those who have control or not it will be very difficult to know but the most important thing here is how we recognize ourselves.

The truth of the matter is, there are some person's who stop gambling and walk away immediately they start experiencing lost and to try again another day, and there are also some person's who continue gambling until they have exhausted all the money they have on them, although this set of person's are categorize into two: those  who already have budget of the amount they want to use and gamble, so for that reason those set of person's will never stop gambling even if they losing, they will continue gambling until they have exhausted their budget, while the second set of person's are those who continue gambling even when they are experiencing lost with the intention to win back their lost money, this set of person's continue gambling and drinking believing that they will hit a win that will help them recover from their lost.
