As freelance fully I love my job forever how my time spending out since the early morning until to the night and almost 24 hours my time spent for my job, one day without working or offline make my self not get comfortable yet how my lovely job giving bigger influence for my life. But for offline working I don't think most of them fully love their working, just spending their time to work and finish it to earn salary without think work is part of their life.
I realize many people not fully love their job just working as part of their job only after finishing it leave and go home and gather with their families.
Nowadays many company giving over job fur us but less salary payment pay, its problem why many people not fully love their job not matter have been several years spend out their life for working but if the company not really respect for them believing the worker will not respect with their job.

At the moment I love my job but there was a time when I was forced to do the job that I hated really much. One job I hated so much that I don't think I'll ever like it because it was a routine task, something meant for robots. Then I had a better job but that was a routine task too but that job was different from the first one. Now I could finish work earlier if I would be fast and handy. I spent a year there and was trying my best to improve my record every time, even if the given job was significantly more than the previous day. It was like a competition for me against other employees. At first I hated it very much but within a few months, I didn't hate it that much and I was okay about doing that I was doing. Life is tough but you always build a tolerance.

Not many people love the job they do, they are just pushing through because they have to work to earn money to pay their bills. I don't love the job I do now, I am just doing the work because I don't have another job readily available for me to fill in. Freelancing really gives that sense of freedom that’s hard to find in a regular job it’s like you’re living on your own schedule doing what you love without someone breathing down your neck that’s probably why you feel so attached to your work you’re not just working for money you’re building something for yourself and that feeling of ownership makes it special when you work from early morning till night it doesn’t always feel like a burden because you actually enjoy what you’re doing and that’s something most 9 to 5 workers don’t get to experience. For people who work offline especially in companies it’s harder to have that same level of love for the job because many of them are just doing it for the paycheck once they clock out they don’t want to think about work again and it’s understandable because when the environment is stressful and the pay doesn’t reflect the effort it’s hard to stay motivated no one wants to give their best to a place that doesn’t value them.

You’re also right that many companies today overload employees with work but underpay them that’s one big reason why workers lose interest and passion for what they do it becomes a routine not something they enjoy but for freelancers every project can feel personal and fulfilling especially when you see direct results of your effort even though freelancing can be tiring and demanding it gives that kind of satisfaction that reminds you why you started doing it in the first place. Loving your job comes down to balance respect and fulfillment if people felt more appreciated and had more freedom to manage their work the way they want maybe more of them would love their jobs too but for now freelancing definitely gives a kind of happiness and control that most traditional jobs can’t.

Naturally not everyone that will love their job, there are some who no matter how conducive the Job could be will not still love it, this set of people, I see them as lazy people but they only work and pretend to love the job because they have mo option as that is the only source of their survival. I love work, that's why I believe in my workplace to the fullest, because work is the only thing that can lead me to success. I work in a government company, where work experience is the most important thing, where work always changes fate to lead to success. And many people I work with are at least cheaters, they just come to work and finish the day lazily and get paid at the end of the month but they have not improved in any of their jobs.
So I believe that work is the only thing that can lead to success and helps the most in getting a better position.

I can understand how you are feeling. Not just you many people are suffering from this situation. This is the fate of so many people in the society today they are working in a place they never wished to be but because they don't have the opportunity to work in a place they ever wanted they had to choose the available offer just to earn a living instead of going homeless and hungry, you made a good decision by getting involved in another job you can still get your dream job and when they one comes you can switch but for now keep doing something instead of being idle. In the underdeveloped countries getting jobs are usually by connection not by your certificate but it it were to be in the developed countries you can't have your certificate and be jobless the opportunity will always be there for you to work and make a living.

My current job is opposite to my passion or my hobby even it never cross in my mind that i will have a job which make me feel boring for each day and i will be honest that my main motivation why i stick to my current job is for money so, although the current job can give me decent salary but i didn't love my job and if i have other choice most likely i will resign and find another job which can make me comfortable but i do realize that with the current financial condition of my country not much jobs opportunities to opened and it's hard to find new job
