Do you Love Your Job?

Well, each and every one of us has his own choices of works and the types of works, so it depends on one's perfection of work. For me, I have 2 works at hand right now; the first one is my skill , that's my handwork , while the second one is being in this great forum to study the necessary information, doing some research and learning the learnable things that would be beneficial to me. As such, I actually love what I am doing, and I really like both works, because they give me peace of mind by allowing me to earn me for survival or generating an income that would be used to sustain my life and my financial challenges.

Firmly, there are some people that don't love what they're doing or don't love their work because of some reasons, some maybe because they are earning less, while others maybe because of their mindset. Developing an interest in yourself should be your first priority, and you have to be passionate about what you intend to do. Don't just do it for pleasure; rather, do it for a purpose.

These days here in our country, it's hard to get a job even if you've completed a course, because of nepotism/connections (palakasan), and most companies look at where you came from or which universities or colleges you graduated from. Plus, there's a system of connections you have to fight against just to get accepted to where you're applying. So when you do get a job here,
you should value it and take care of it.

But if your salary still isn't enough and falls short of your expenses in a month, it seems like having a job doesn't even matter, because we're just exhausting our time at the company,
and it becomes like a rat race that we're stuck in.

Unfortunately, I can't devote all my free time to cryptocurrencies yet. I have to do something I don't particularly enjoy, even though I'm well paid for it. I'm not complaining, as I have a lot that many people on the planet don't. We need to appreciate what fate and our hard work have given us. We can't always want more and more. That way, life will pass without joy.

True, we need to be appreciative of our jobs because if is where we get money to take care of our needs including to support our loved ones that we are better off than. But we don't have to love the job because it puts food on our table, people need to work for survival and you have to learn to accept the conditions of the work. I have seen many people that complains about their jobs yet they goes back to it the next day so I believe that it is not necessary to love your job. You can be lucky to get a job that you love and look forward to going back to it when you wake up in the morning but majority don't have such luck. There is nothing stopping anybody to look for a job that they love while still doing the one that they don't.

Honestly, the same reality is what we face in my country too. In my country, getting a job is no longer just about the qualifications or the skills you have gathered in your CV, it is usually more about where you come from, who you know in the government or system as well as whose name can open the door for you cos of the effects of nepotism which has seriously eaten up the system over here.

The problem also is that even if you.managed to get yourself a job, many of these jobs cannot afford to sustain you through a living for the period you will collect another pay. Just reason how tiring it is for you to work tirelessly and still struggle to cover your rent transportation and food. That's why many of us keep chasing one online gig or the other or always planning how to relocate to another country despite earning from their current jobs in their country.

If Job is more important than paycheck I bet many men won't do their current jobs right now, this is not about working at a office everyday, I am talking about those who leave their home behind to work on a oil rig for months before they get their paycheck, I want you to think about the hardest jobs that men did to survive and be responsible to their families, if the paycheck isn't good they will never do it, those jobs are very risk and they can lose their lives at any moment. Think again.
Even those who are working at McDonald's and others are complaining but they don't have a choice, how many youths of today want to work on the farm or raise some cattles? Everyone of them now want the easiest way out, technology have bring some changes but some jobs can't be eradicated because the country depends on it, Those who's job are to protect the border? Or those who have to work on the mine to find oil and resources?
Many men are not happy with what they are doing, but the paycheck is what they need since they have to make the sacrifice and provide for their families. If they have other ways out many jobs will lack workers.

If the work produces significant economic benefits for the family, of course, as you love your family, of course you should also love your work, not be a hypocrite. work has economic goals, family happiness lies in your work and conversely, if the work makes the family miserable, of course why you love the work.

I don't love my job very much because it forces me to work against my will and deprives me of peaceful activities like sports and socializing. I can't give it up because my job is where my respect lies and it pays me money to fulfill my needs. In today's world, my job can largely determine my respect, if you work in a good position in a good organization, your respect will increase a lot, a lower position means less respect. Work is a bit like your wife, you love her but you can't always be satisfied with her. I definitely love my job, but I'm not always satisfied with working. Because it has taken away my sports from my life, taken away my time with friends, taken away my time with loved ones.

I love the flexibility and other benefits it gives me. I know a lot of what I do now can’t be easily found in other jobs. I just think that it could be worse. The fact that I am doing what I’m doing makes me feel very lucky.

Personally I love my current job because, for me, "It's better to be tired from work than tired from looking for work." This is a phrase we often hear, and over time, it becomes like a suggestion to calm ourselves amidst the tiring work environment. Loving our work makes us enjoy it. It feels good when we're not there, but when we're there, it feels boring. So loving our work has become a necessity.

In the past I desperately wanted to find a job that suited my passion. But now I have a different perspective I must love my work because my life is paid for by it. Even if my current job isn't my dream, at least there are still things to be grateful for in it."

To be honest, I wouldnt say I "love" work like I love watching a good movie or hanging out with my family or friends.  The whole idea that everyone needs to be super excited about their job is mostly nonsense, at least for most people.  At the end of the day, its still work.

I understand the point about work needing to have give your life meaning, and thats great if you can find it.  But lets be honest: Im not exactly thrilled to start working every day.  At the same time, I dont hate it.  I see it as a simple agreement: my time and energy in return for a paycheck and stability.

Nobody loves their job that badly as they claim to do, without the pay they wouldn't want to continue working the pay is their drive and that's what makes every worker demanding for a better paycheck and conducive working environment, and when they discover a higher paying job they move out immediately.

The only meaning I can deduce that we get from our jobs are that with a job you're able to earn money responsibly and meet your responsibilities making you counted responsible among men.

We make a living through work. When someone does not do any work from their own heart but works out of compulsion just to earn money, it will create stress for them and they will never find joy in their work. Due to which they may experience mental fatigue, lack of self-satisfaction, a feeling of wasting time, and creativity and development may stop. I agree with you if we earn a living through work but when a person does not do any work from the heart that work becomes a mental card. If that person is inspired or motivation in his mind from the people around him, then all the most successful people in this world have worked hard, so what is another achievement in his mind due to which he became successful? If that person wants to be successful then he thinks that his precious time is being wasted and he thinks about his future life a person works for free. The reason for this is that he will get compensation for the work he does due to which his life needs will be fulfilled. when his life needs are fulfilled he will not feel any kind of fatigue in his work. He will complete his work with dedication and hard work and when his life needs are fulfilled and definitely succeed one day or the other and be proud of his success. if he sees some of the people around him who worked hard and became the most successful people because they created a capacity within themselves a working mind, a goal that I kept forcing on hard work finally they achieved a good position and they succeeded in their hard work

The most interesting part of job is the pay days working and knowing there's always something to earn at the end of it sounds interesting right that's the major reason why people loves their jobs mostly people who earn well no one finds a job without being payed interesting and no one will want to work for an organization where he/she is not payed at the end of the day or month I think people love their jobs because of the pay . Gratitude is the key. Even if we don't like our jobs, perhaps gratitude is better than complaining and complaining. We must be able to see beyond the many people who struggle to find work, so the jobs we find should be appreciated and pursued. I think that way, a sense of enjoyment will naturally develop over time.
I have a friend who was previously a furniture business owner, but due to an incident, he fell to rock bottom. His entire family, including his wife and children, left him. Business is really the key to have a good life, or at least we will have a lot of time in our hand to spend with our family. But it's not that easy to put up a business. So once we get that going, maybe we can quit our job. But taking about personal experience, most of the jobs that I got, I really like them. The company, the benefits, the people we all got to be friends. However, nothing last, our clients didn't renew our contract and so I have to move on.

I totally agree with you, some people don’t really like what they are doing, but they just have to keep on doing it because that’s what’s taking care of their bills, that’s why some people don’t just take the job serious, all what they are after is just money. I will say just few numbers of people have passion for whatever they are doing, but if they can stop, then it’s going to stop paying their bills, that’s why they keep on doing it because if they stop, they won’t be able to pay their bills anymore. I have seen different people complain about their job before, but they can’t stop because they don’t have alternative.

But then again, sometimes, not trying itself is something that pulls us back in our career.
That is why we should keep trying to switch to better jobs while having the current one and then switch as soon as we get a new job.
This is how some people have been able to get good paying jobs without losing anything.

I actually get your point but in this regard whenever they talk about work almost 90% of the people refer to government work or private work. I was discussing with someone this afternoon about one of our friend and he was telling me that he has not gotten any job to do, but he's into p o s, but when we continue discussing he now said to me that our friend also have someone who is working under him and he pay him huge amount of money then I said if he can pay this amount of money then why will you see he has not gotten a job.

We always on the estimate what we are doing that is why we don't see any progress, to be honest being government work or private work or self-employed if we really love what we do, we will definitely find a living in that particular place and that will be a motivation for us to grow because we love what we do.

It's one thing to do a job that you're passionate about and another to get a pay that corresponds to the effort you're putting into that work.  Of cause, the best work to do is one that gives you a sense of satisfaction that you're actually living your purpose but that being said, money or the reward for such works makes the effort you're putting into it worth it.

At the entry level, you can start with any kind of job basically for the sake of the financial reward that comes with it but somewhere along the line, it's going to get to a point where you choose the job that really pays you well and at the same time gives you a sense of satisfaction that you're also fulfilling purpose. That's where the Ballance comes it.
