I totally agree with you, some people don’t really like what they are doing, but they just have to keep on doing it because that’s what’s taking care of their bills, that’s why some people don’t just take the job serious, all what they are after is just money. I will say just few numbers of people have passion for whatever they are doing, but if they can stop, then it’s going to stop paying their bills, that’s why they keep on doing it because if they stop, they won’t be able to pay their bills anymore. I have seen different people complain about their job before, but they can’t stop because they don’t have alternative.

Exactly. If people would have an alternative then why would they stick to their current job.
But then again, sometimes, not trying itself is something that pulls us back in our career.
That is why we should keep trying to switch to better jobs while having the current one and then switch as soon as we get a new job.
This is how some people have been able to get good paying jobs without losing anything.

It's not always a lack of effort, but rather a lack of opportunity. Lack of opportunity doesn't necessarily mean lack of willpower, as sometimes difficult situations do occur, and that's what keeps people in jobs with mediocre pay.

There are many reasons for salary increase. I also used to work in a company once. I don't know about the other people, but I think it's really hard to love "any" job. The most common reason why we work hard and are creative is that we need to. Through that effort, we might be able to land a better position to increase our income. Some people may have enjoyed their job, but I don't think that's really a "love" for the job, because there is no easy job. Most of the jobs are either exhausting or demanding more time than spending time with your family.
I can only say that you truly love your job if you're the one running your own business. Because you can actually see the fruit of your hard work, and not actually make someone rich through your hard work.

Here I want to say that if I get a job in a job I like, then I will definitely be very happy. Suppose I like programming but I get a job in designing. Then of course I will not like my job. Here the main thing is I think your choice. No matter what job you do you will have to work hard.

The point is in this case I think whatever is being done professionalism is the key that we must do, regardless of whether we like what we are doing or not, but as long as there is a contract or even an MOU in our previous agreement, professional work must be carried out.

Do not let those of us who have been trusted destroy that trust, which is something that must be shown. We may not like what we have done or done but when there are demands and contracts that must be fulfilled then we must remain professional to continue what we have agreed.

The reality is, most people say they hate their job because they have to work hard to get paid. The satisfaction depends on your paycheck. Let's say I had a nine-to-five job, but my paycheck was only $300 a month. However, later I got another job where the paycheck is $600 a month. Of course, I would say the current job is better, and I love it. However, the reality is that I love none. I work just because I want money, and that's why I work.

I beg to differ. Obviously, the majority of us has to work in order to get money and fund whatever lifestyle we desire. But then, the notion that most people hate their jobs majorly because they've got to work hard is arguable.
A good number of people would argue that the working environment plays a key role in making employees love or hate working in an particular rganization. Working environment here covers from the literal environment to the behavior of staff and management alike. Employees may ignore the heavy workload if they're being paid well and the work environment is conducive.

You developped your opinion only based on your personal experience which may not be that accurate considering your personal condition and the economic statu of the country you came from. In most developped countries, salaries are much more higher than the rest of the world, however you can notice the employee conditions after retirement. I can count the number of strikes in those countries made by employees and compare it to the rest of the world where people with reduced salaries can live with the minimum because of the determined value of their currencies in their local market. In my countrie, the average salaries don't exceed 350-400$ but it's better than many other countries where goods/services are so expensive.

One reason why we do last longer and still happy with our job, because we take time to develop our passion and develop the love our job requires.  But in reality, not all could manage to love their job like how they value their life, that's why either they take an early exit or they are making low performance in their job, for the reason that they can still continue earning from their job. And for me, that's being unfair to the owner of the company, because they expect us to be productive on our assigned task, yet we never do our job well, which is we're really guilty about it.

The reality is, most people say they hate their job because they have to work hard to get paid. The satisfaction depends on your paycheck. Let's say I had a nine-to-five job, but my paycheck was only $300 a month. However, later I got another job where the paycheck is $600 a month. Of course, I would say the current job is better, and I love it. However, the reality is that I love none. I work just because I want money, and that's why I work.

I beg to differ. Obviously, the majority of us has to work in order to get money and fund whatever lifestyle we desire. But then, the notion that most people hate their jobs majorly because they've got to work hard is arguable.
A good number of people would argue that the working environment plays a key role in making employees love or hate working in an particular rganization. Working environment here covers from the literal environment to the behavior of staff and management alike. Employees may ignore the heavy workload if they're being paid well and the work environment is conducive.

I believe that too, not many people truly love their jobs. Most people complain and even think that they are being oppressed and exploited, but because they cannot find a better job, they have to accept and stick with their current job. But if they get a new better, and more secure opportunity, believe me, they will quit this job immediately and never say thank you to their old job.

The truth is that most of us work for money, especially those who have families and are the breadwinners in our families. But not many people have the courage to admit this.

We all work for survival, not for passion because passion may not be enough to support our family but a well paying job will definitely make our family happy.

I have people in my office that didn't like the work they were assigned, they keep on looking for new opportunities and once they got what they were looking for they resigned from current job. If you don't love your work then keep updating your skills because that will help you in finding a new job of your choice.

One reason why we do last longer and still happy with our job, because we take time to develop our passion and develop the love our job requires.  But in reality, not all could manage to love their job like how they value their life, that's why either they take an early exit or they are making low performance in their job, for the reason that they can still continue earning from their job. And for me, that's being unfair to the owner of the company, because they expect us to be productive on our assigned task, yet we never do our job well, which is we're really guilty about it.
Furthermore, other activities outside of work are needed to foster a love of the activity being undertaken, preventing boredom or a loss of enthusiasm for work. When someone is busy with work, boredom will inevitably arise, so a change of scenery is needed to foster enthusiasm, such as exercising or traveling to a favorite place. I do this every two or three months because it can help alleviate some of the fatigue and boredom at work and each person's method may be different.

When we experience fatigue, boredom, or a loss of enthusiasm at work, our productivity and thinking skills will decrease, so it takes time to regain that enthusiasm. Practical ways might be to exercise or travel to a favorite place, so we can practice regaining our enthusiasm in ways we can do and enjoy.

Business is really the key to have a good life, or at least we will have a lot of time in our hand to spend with our family. But it's not that easy to put up a business. First you need to capital, so in order to do that, you need to work very hard for the first couple of years and save. So even if we don't love our job, we have to grind every day and let our motivation be the key.

Unfortunately, that doesn't really happen with most people. I was working a job, and almost every week, I planned to resign, but I couldn't because I had no alternatives, and I didn't have enough money to start a new business. Sometimes, you may struggle to fit yourself into your office due to work pressure or poor management, which creates unnecessary pressure to be more productive every day.

Reporting to your bosses once a month is acceptable; however, I had to report to my boss every week, and sometimes multiple times a week. Unfortunately, the boss was often rude to most employees. I left the job once I got a better opportunity, and I loved my 2nd job. Sometimes we still work for money, even though we don't really love the job.

Loving your job is not easy if you get a job that is not to your liking, but the reality is that you just force yourself to stay there because of the needs that cannot be abandoned. That's how it should be, we have to love our job so that we feel comfortable.

Many of my friends said they would quit their jobs but until now they never quit. They realize that in my country finding a job is not easy, so they keep going even though they complain a lot.

Sometimes I also get tired of listening to their complaints, but I know they need it. Although there is no solution I can offer, at least their burden can be relieved after telling me.

I was recently at McDonald's and saw an incredibly beautiful girl working there. Looking at the customers, I saw that they were stupid teenagers, pushing each other and making crude jokes. Apparently, sometimes circumstances are so overwhelming that even such girls are forced to work in terrible places. Therefore, we all need to try to avoid such situations and follow our dreams, and I'm glad that cryptocurrency gives us this opportunity.

If I had creativity and craftsmanship, I would definitely love my job, or if I had a profession that could benefit society, I would love my job, but most people hate their jobs because they do them out of necessity. I have met very few people who love their work. These people were usually passionate, curious, and goal oriented. I think we can start loving our work by setting goals for ourselves.
