^ Many things need to be overhauled and stand in the right place to get the job that would be both good and enjoyable by a person.. Sometimes, a path toward such a job is quite rough, but I do think that it's possible to find such a job.

By normal expectations, we all ought to love the job we do, because that may be our survival means, but on the actual sense, the reality is that not everyone likes what they do as regards their job, but I keep wondering if you don't like what you do to earn a living, why not make moves to change and get another one that could be more suitable for your adaptability and enjoy working under the expected conditions.

Because finding a job that both suits your interests and provides enough income to cover your living expenses is not as easy as you think. Easier said than done.

I believe that most people, including you, have thought about finding a new job that is better and pays better. But then most people will give up on that idea and continue to focus on their current job because they all realize that it is not easy.

I bet you also want a job with higher salary, less pressure, so why don’t you go for it? Likewise, people have the same thoughts and hesitations as you.

And interacting with other people is always annoying because you have to constantly try to understand them, despite their weaknesses and stupid habits. I'd like to work alone and avoid interacting with other people altogether. And they say there's nothing worse than social work, where you're constantly forced to resolve issues with other people while enduring humiliation and rudeness.

But that's life. We do need to interact with others around us, and we also need to help each other to survive. I don't think interacting with others is a bad thing. Even if we're good at talking, it can be a valuable asset and potentially generate income if used effectively, such as becoming a host or presenter. I think many people aren't good at communicating, so they prefer to work in silence.
For those of you who want to work without interaction and are comfortable alone, you might consider jobs like writing, editing, programming, or graphic design, as these people tend to work alone without interaction.

I believe that too, not many people truly love their jobs. Most people complain and even think that they are being oppressed and exploited, but because they cannot find a better job, they have to accept and stick with their current job. But if they get a new better, and more secure opportunity, believe me, they will quit this job immediately and never say thank you to their old job.

The truth is that most of us work for money, especially those who have families and are the breadwinners in our families. But not many people have the courage to admit this.

We all work for survival, not for passion because passion may not be enough to support our family but a well paying job will definitely make our family happy.

Those who don't love their job but still continue doing it are the one who are not willing to come out of their comfort zone and hunt for new opportunities that suits there passion. I have people in my office that didn't like the work they were assigned, they keep on looking for new opportunities and once they got what they were looking for they resigned from current job. If you don't love your work then keep updating your skills because that will help you in finding a new job of your choice.

That is only true if you or they are still single and have no responsibility to take care of someone else. You can easily step out of your comfort zone to find new, better and more suitable opportunities. But if you have children and are the breadwinner, you cannot take the risk without careful calculation and a backup plan. Because if you fail to find new opportunities, it will put your whole family in a difficult situation. That is why many people are not satisfied with their current job but they will still stick with it as long as possible.

Working means selling yourself to others and managing yourself according to their rules in exchange for money. Everyone works to earn money because they are not financially well-off and to manage their life. So since that job is their source of money, they should definitely love that job. Because they have no other way to earn money except their job, so if they do not love their job, they will not be able to apply their full skills there, due to which they will not get any good returns and the company will not be satisfied with their work. So I always love the job and I would advise everyone that if you have no other option but to work, then you must love the job and apply your full skills there so that the company will be satisfied with it, then they will also get best returns from job.

Actually, I don't love it but I have to do that to get an income. No one wants to spend 8-10 hours a day for a week for work and sometimes there is no holiday if the works need us for overtime. But I realize that is the way that I must do to earn money.

Humans want an easy thing to make money but unfortunately, that is not coming to many people. Most people must work hard and smart to make money and do many things. But we must encourage ourselves to do better so we will get something better.

But sooner or later, I want to retire from my job and enjoy my life with my family. That is my dream.

There is a big difference between a job and a business. Even if someone has the opportunity to give their 100% and get good feedback for it, a job still can't replace a business, because when you have a business of your own, you are free to do whatever you want with it, and do it however you like it, there is no one who will question you for what you are doing because you are the boss, you don't have anyone above you because it's your business, but at a job, you have a manager, a boss, and then you might even have others who can give you orders.

People do jobs because they can't help it as it's a compulsion for them, those who can afford to do it will do businesses because it's better in all aspects. You won't find jobs if you have enough money to start a business, but if you don't, you have no other option than doing a job because you at least need a source of income.

Yes, because at least it's a job which proportionate us a living and the goods and services we need to fulfill our needs. That should be already a reason to be satisfied about, although to love it must be a strong word to be applied in every situations. Fact is that most of us won't work on the field we love, because it can be that there isn't demand for it in our local society, therefore, it's not possible to profit from the job we love, forcing us to find an alternative.

At same time, we have always the possibility of pursuing our dreams and goals. It might not be possible today, but if we try, maybe we can work and profit from something we love in the future.

And you’re right about not falling in love with the company companies are built on goals and numbers not emotions so it’s better to love your craft your skill and your own growth those are the things that stay with you no matter where you go. So whether you love your job or just what it gives you the key is balance do it well respect it while it lasts but never forget to build something that’s yours something that keeps you moving even if that job disappears tomorrow.

I was doing a 9-6 job two years back and must times I've to work overtime with pressure and complaints from my boss about you not being competent or you not liking your job, so I go home with headaches and stressed. I knew that a lot of people out there are also like me, they just stay put in their workplace because of the bills they need to pay not necessarily because they enjoy the work they do..

I work with turning ideas into products, meaning the metal-mechanics field focused on plastic injection molds. And I really enjoy it because there is always something new, always something different. It’s never repetitive, it’s always a challenge. So I can confidently say that I truly love what I do, and I actually have fun doing it. A lot of people don't love their job because it is not paying the amount they want and that is why some people don't enjoy their job, some people don't also enjoy their job because of the stress they go through everyday because of their job, some also don't love their job because of the working condition, some also don't love their job because of their superior, there are a lot of reasons why people don't love their job however there is still some set of people that really love their job so much, do you know that some set of people may be earning very high in their job but still don't love there job.
I believe those that really love their job is those that are working or doing something they love doing for example footballers I'm sure they will really love their job because they love playing football, and that is why when you change them very quick in the field they become angry.
As long as you are enjoying what you are doing as a job you will love it.
