I've seen studies showing that very few people love their jobs. This percentage is generally lower in countries with poor education systems. If a country lacks an education system that encourages people to pursue jobs they love, they end up choosing jobs under unhealthy conditions, resulting in people who don't enjoy their work.
People have to earn money to survive. Not everyone can find a job they love, and sometimes they have to love the job they find. Even if they don't love it, they have to put up with it to earn money. Life is hard, and in a world where the population has grown so much, it's not possible for everyone to do the job they love.

Tbh, love is a strong word lol. I don’t hate my job, and that already feels like a win. Pays the bills, gives me time to hang around here and do some DYOR on crypto, so yeah, could be worse. If I loved it every day, that’d be unreal.

Good question OP. Are you asking because you’re thinking of changing careers? I don’t fully love my job, but I don’t dread Mondays either, which I guess is a win. Interested to hear how others feel.

I think “love your job” is overrated tbh. Most people work because they have to, not because it fulfills them. What matters more is not being miserable and not burning out. Fulfillment can come from family, hobbies, or side projects, not just a job title.

Over time, I came to see things differently. When I was at university, I realized from the very first day that I didn't like the profession, but the one I wanted only offered paid work—a huge daily salary. So I studied something I wasn't passionate about, but years later, I realized I had a great job. I didn't resign myself to it; I truly re-evaluated everything. I compared other jobs with my own, and I was glad I was here now.
Well... all this was before I encountered cryptocurrency...

Yes, love is indeed a very powerful word. But it is indeed the most appropriate word for this. Because there are many people who only like their jobs. And usually, people who only like their jobs will sometimes get bored with them.

But it's very different for people who love their work with all their heart. They won't get bored with the work they have and can even always enjoy the time they spend working. In fact, people like that usually enjoy their time at work more than their time outside of work. But to love a job, it usually has to be the kind of work that is also our hobby.

I don’t think many people truly love their job every day. For me, it’s more like I respect what my job gives me — stability, learning, and options. Some days I enjoy the work, other days I’m just pushing through. And I think that’s normal, not a failure.

Not everyone has the job they desire, they're forced to work out of necessity. If you can't love your job, at least make peace with it. Especially among the lower-middle class, the economy is no longer about loving your job but about the need to survive.

We have to love work every day, it is a duty that we have to do as a duty, so if we neglect it, then we can get very bored here, so instead of neglecting it, learn to enjoy it, then we can survive here, there are many who leave their work because they do not like it, but this is a wrong decision, because as a result they will not be able to survive in any field of work, and they can become a failure in all fields.

So what you're saying is that we have to love our job no matter what it is, even if it's stressful? Whether it's the salary or the work environment (coworkers, bosses, etc.)?

I wouldn't be the person who would force myself when my work environment is unhealthy, I would definitely look for a new job that could make me feel more comfortable. I understand it's difficult to find a job that makes us comfortable, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I prefer a supportive work environment, because it will keep us sane with our routine. I've had experiences where my salary was great but the work environment was toxic, it was very mentally testing.

Well for me I must say that I love my job so much irrespective of the pay, most importantly it is stable so I have a hope of being there until I come to aged. So long as I'm still very much younger I would keep doing it maybe as time goes on I can  decide either to start up something since the expenses is becoming too high so I also need to expand my income to enable me meet up with my expenses.

Let's be sincere, is not everyone that loves their job. But a lot of people do it because, bills don't pay themselves. Job is what help people to put food on the table, and it also help them to take good care of their family, may be even chase their bigger dreams. Sometimes work is cool, while sometimes it is very stressful, but most people push through. Why? Because at the end of the day, it's how they support themselves and the people that they care about (their loved ones).

Work means income, and income means status in life, without income, nothing can be achieved, so we have to continue earning by any means. Every person has to earn, because without income, the driving force of human life is lost. Therefore, people have to manage their lives realistically, give importance to income, focus on earning money, and try to increase their income, then as your life changes, your respect will also increase a lot.

Those who are dependent on their jobs have no choice but to love their jobs because if they leave their jobs, they will not be able to survive. Moreover, those who have to support their families have to depend on that job even if their salary is not suitable. That is why whether someone loves it or not, they have to pay attention to their jobs because at the end of the day, that job is their only support for survival. I love my job. If someone cannot be sincere towards their work, it is difficult to live a good life. There are many who find the joy of their life in work.

I used to think passion should come first but reality hit hard, passion does not always pay and bills do not wait, now I see work as a tool not my identity, ff it gives me space to grow outside work and keeps stress manageable I am fine with it, Fulfillment for me comes from balance not the job title.

I think you really don’t work in something you truly enjoy. If you did, you would see that everything is actually pure and simple fun. Of course, there are bad moments and times of a lot of stress, but most of the time it’s quite enjoyable and productive when you work with something you genuinely like.

I wouldn't say i love my job  because it is not what I have passion for. But I will say i can deal with it because of the time it gives me ,the time for life outside work, it has offer me  the opportunity to learn a lot grow and developed that once I start my dream career it will make  my diving in there an effective one.
The job might be stressful but yet I love it for its benefits. I know one might say going for what you have passion for is easy and less stressful. But for now I think I will go for a high paying job until im financially stable to build on my own passion.

I used to think passion should come first but reality hit hard, passion does not always pay and bills do not wait, now I see work as a tool not my identity, ff it gives me space to grow outside work and keeps stress manageable I am fine with it, Fulfillment for me comes from balance not the job title.
We can still follow our passion but the reality truly hits our lives hardly when we have to provide first for ourselves and family. We have bills to pay, food to eat and as well as other expenditures that we have to pay because if we'll do our passion, mostly it's not all about money but just the love for it. But when it starts to make money, you'll love more that passion that have become a source of income. The fulfillment is real with that and you'll become more proud to yourself and what you have achieve because not that a lot that follows their passion are also being followed by income.

The most important thing is to constantly repeat the most relevant points. They say that in five years, practicing one hour a day, you will become a professional in the field. The problem is procrastination, which can be corrected

Real life never runs on emotions, rather you have to move forward with reality here. We have to work to live life, in all cases we do not just get comfort, comfort never brings us anything good, and that is why we have to suffer, through suffering we have to make way for future comfort. People have a certain age when they have to suffer by giving up comfort, and at this time we have to make arrangements for future comfort through suffering. So love work, we will not get everything according to our wishes, sometimes we have to continue working despite not wanting to.
