Actually, what needs to be done is we only need to work for someone else for a year. During that year we must truly utilize what we are taught various things that will enable us to gain knowledge. If we don't work in one place it will certainly be difficult for us to open our own business or venture because we certainly haven't fully mastered the knowledge we have so we can't even start our own business. It is very difficult if we are still dependent on other people because we are never free from what we need to do so it is very appropriate if we feel that we have the knowledge or capital to continue starting our own business without having to ask for many orders like what happens when we are still dependent or still an employee in someone else's business.

Sometimes it can be a trap to think you need to work one more job to gain even more experience. This can become a trap, or a habit you can't break, because the longer you put off starting your own business, the harder it will be. But if you're young, a job is the best way to gain experience in the field you want to pursue in the future. Sometimes you find your passion as you work and discover new opportunities, something similar happened to me. So, a job is a good place to gain experience, the key is not to get stuck there for too long.

This question, remind me the hard time spent trying to prove myself right and recognize while working under a pay master who doesn't value my efforts, many don't like their job but lack choice as their only source of survival is tide to what they do even when the job could not give them their joy or satisfaction . I was once employed to supervise on construction site but end up doing some manual labor that is nit my initial job skills just to retain the job as that is the only option the pay master can see me adding value,in this case I don't like the job but working on condition of feeding even when the job lack satisfaction on my part, I believe many worker faces such.

To be honest, I wouldnt say I "love" work like I love watching a good movie or hanging out with my family or friends.  The whole idea that everyone needs to be super excited about their job is mostly nonsense, at least for most people.  At the end of the day, its still work.

I understand the point about work needing to have give your life meaning, and thats great if you can find it.  But lets be honest: Im not exactly thrilled to start working every day.  At the same time, I dont hate it.  I see it as a simple agreement: my time and energy in return for a paycheck and stability.

Actually it would be depending on how you would be making yourself want to be. If you are planning to get shackled to 9-5 job or you would be making use of this experience to become that having the plans on doing something in the future. It would be just that depending on you on how you would plan your life and it would be just that depending into your decisions ahead. Yes, and this is common for large companies with ample capital. When a business they're running isn't profitable, they easily shift to another direction even though sometimes they don't develop the business they initially intended to open simply because they want to open another business that can easily grow and earn greater profits than the first one they opened.

This kind of thing is very easy for companies with large capital and it's not acceptable for those of us whose capital was accumulated while still working for someone else. When we open a business we must have the principle of continuing to strive even though we sometimes think we only make a small profit in the first year. But we have become the owner so our business shouldn't be considered too small in terms of profit even though we don't know what will happen in the following year. Sometimes we earn more profit than we did in the first year.

Love your job because it can be the driving force for success and those who work wholeheartedly will certainly achieve success because generally, we don't complain even when we look exhausted. There's one piece of advice I always hold dear, when you're feeling tired at work, look at your child's face your enthusiasm for work will automatically return and make you even more enthusiastic. All forms of work are tiring and there are times when we get bored with the daily activities, which can diminish our enthusiasm and love for work.

When I experience this, I try to plan a vacation or perhaps pursue a hobby in an activity I enjoy. This is important to reduce the exhausting pressure at work because when we engage in these activities, the burden of work is somewhat lessened. I agree, it sounds harsh but it's true. Humans are inherently lazy, if given the choice between working or staying home, but still having enough money to enjoy life. I believe only those who are not sane would choose to work if they were faced with those two options.

There is no such thing where we have to choose only one, we can do both, we will work as well as we will do business, there is no need to give up one for the other. I love my job but know that is a bit of a blessing because many people, maybe even the majority around the world, do not find their job that enticing and would rather not be doing it. However it took several years and complete changes in profession before luckily getting a job that pays fairly well plus allows me to work from home. Many people are stuck on the bottom rung of the job market, but if that is you - always keep your eyes open to new opportunity and be ready to pounce when it presents itself, because that window might disappear quicker than you think. I get to work with data and construct useful information for a business every single day, which involves a fair bit of creativity that always keeps things fresh.

That's a great idea, and I like it because, instead of leaving a company that still pays its employees well, it's clearly better to stay with that company and explore new opportunities in other businesses by finding people to hire as our own employees. So, it's even more brilliant when we can earn money from other people's companies and also earn money from a business we build ourselves, even if the capital for that business comes from our salary at the company where we work. However, as long as the idea seems really good and feasible, I don't think anyone would reject it, because any substantial income will always be valued appropriately by everyone, except those who are mentally deranged.
