First they asked for documents - I sent my Indonesian ID and selfie right away. After that, they immediately blocked my account and demanded a live video KYC call.
When I said my English isn’t good enough for a live call, they offered the call in Vietnamese (even though I’m Indonesian and sent Indonesian documents from the start). Later they said they could do Indonesian. The whole thing was very confusing and unprofessional.
For just $300 they treated me like I hit a huge jackpot. If you win even a small amount here, expect heavy KYC hassle and video verification.

During our review, several indicators on the account required further verification in line with our Terms and Conditions and security procedures. For this reason, a live KYC call was requested to confirm account ownership.
Regarding the language issue, the initial offer of a Vietnamese-speaking agent was based on the registration data available to us, including the IP location used during registration. Once it was clarified that Indonesian was preferred, we immediately offered verification in Indonesian instead.
Unfortunately, the requested verification was repeatedly declined, which prevented us from completing the identity check and resolving the concerns identified during the review.
As a result, we were unable to finalize the verification process and therefore offered the return of the original deposit as a final resolution.
