The reason that bettors feel that tipsters give out games that they win with is that they newly sign up to them. If you are old with them you would see that their winning rate is not high compared to the numbers of times that they dish out prediction. I have a stumbled on a particular one they did a free tip for like a month to entice new sign up but within the month, there were times that they recorded losses and sometimes they win. What I also observe is that they win with very low odds and games that are quite popular to win. They don't perform magic and are not perfect, they are just speculators like every other person who is taking a chance to gamble.

Although it creates a toxic environment in BitcoinTalk, which could discourage legitimate services, it's probably better if the toxic behavior stops the bad actors from posting their scams in the forum.

I believe I saw some old "tipster" topics in BitcoinTalk, made by those older accounts/users. But they were not doing it to get paid for the "tipster service". They were probably doing it for mere attention.
