For someone who’s an ambassador of a site and posts his bet slip, whether it’s a win or a loss that’s automatically just promotion in my opinion. It’s no different from when Drake posts his losing bets on Stake; it might not even be real money, just part of the marketing.

But honestly, they’re not really doing anything wrong with that. As bettors, we just shouldn’t be ignorant about it. We should know how these things work and not take everything we see at face value.

This whole thing is becoming more and more confusing here is actually a gambling admin account can recreate a bet even after it has been played. That will be the highest deceit any company can do to gamblers who are already facing a lot of lost bets. Sometimes celebrities and influencers are employed for the wrong usage of which many fall for their tricks always. Betpawa may have to come out and defend it and even though the bet was recreated there are still several ways of covering it up. The bottom line is just that with the ability of bet company owners to recreate bets after it has been played, then more deception awaits.

Yeah sure, there has been records of many celebrities gamblers who have won big in the past. Sometimes Many years ago (about 10 o9 years), a Nigerian celebrity Lil Kesh allegedly won 11 million Naira from Nairabet with which he was said to have channeled into securing a registration into Olamide's YBNL record label. Other celebrities too get involved in betting, someone like Drake has placed several bets and won some too and you know that the higher you bet, the higher you earn.

If Tekno had placed the bet with 1 thousand naira, he could have won only 298 thousand Naira which could have been more understandable to the masses. honestly I think this one looks more like promo content than an actual win. Betpawa already made Tekno their ambassador so it makes sense for them to show a massive also notice how everything in the screenshots looks perfectly clean and matches Betpawa’s UI that could easily be generated from their demo or admin side. A lot of betting sites use influencer campaigns like this to hype engagement so for me I’d go with Option A or B not saying it’s fake-fake but definitely not a random lucky player win either, it’s a marketing play.

Indeed that's not a real win, many influencers are doing the same thing but with a different strategy. However since he's an ambassador in the betting platform and also a celebrity he will get alot of impressions because we know that this type of stories inspires gamblers to continue gambling whether they tok might be lucky to win huge amount too. That's to already tell you that they are full of shits and what they are displaying is not a real win. I have not actually pay attention to this story but from what you said, we can assumed to be lie and also a form of marketing strategies just to attracts more gamblers to that gambling site. Why not other people than the person they endorsed?
If other people wins then we can say it is true but only him is something worth questioning.

So in short, is far likely that you need to bet 300 times a parlay to win a 300x one than five times a 5 odds bet.

Now, since these are random, he could do it from the first try or twice in a row 599th and 600th time, but statistically speaking, especially with such a large bookie take as in there he would have lost just as much by the time he would have hit it.

When I saw that post on X, I knew we are going to have another Drake soon. Musically, that dude loves Drake, he do plat hair like Drake, I can't remember his head if he has change that braids.
From the replies I saw on X, some people claimed that Betpawa belongs to Mr Eazi, he is a famous musician now married to one of the richest man daughter in Nigeria call Otedola family, recently I saw him and Tekno hanging around, do some music in studio, so it makes sense to say this is a direct promotion to support the friend business.

When I did my research, there was no evidence that he was the owner but as a brand ambassador. He is rich to be the CEO, maybe he doesn't want to be the face as owner, wouldn't be productive.

Hehehe 😂 another promotional drama gone north 😂. I can not be deceived by such noise, it's fake and can't be a reliable one to say. I have not really seen any where he post about himself betting and why now all these funny News about him circulating as promoted by the betpawa casino. I don't even know what to think exactly about this whole situation. If it's the amount staked on the game, yeah, the guy is worth it and can even stake more than that amount without thinking twice, but come on, that winning is massive and at the same time suspicious, especially when he's an ambassador of the said casino. It draws all suspicions, but one could not really wrap it up to how that was done if the game was given to him by the casino or if it was manually edited and printed into his account from the admin side so as to appear believable.

I think it’s a bullshit ticket, most celebrities I know that gambles or who are ambassadors usually don’t go for this type of parlays, they can go four to five games and then bet on it but for him to take that many games and then bet on it and win it raises all sorts of concerns.

Most of the social media influencer only post like this if they have something to gain out of it. There’s a high chance that this post is just for promotion or else he will not post a screenshot that indicates a casino brand to give a free promotion on this casino.

Influencers will not gonna post a content without a possibility to earn from it. Most importantly the content is gambling that might lead to destruction of their career.
