Your FAQ contradicts the Policy. The FAQ states that KYC verification is not mandatory, but the Privacy Policy clearly reserves the right to request KYC/AML and "may" require verification. For transparency, which this community values, the FAQ should be updated so users aren't confused about when identity checks might be requested. Also, the policy page shows no margin in desktop mode which last to the very edge of the screen, a bit css modification can change that.

The site promotes the tagline "Exchange 2,000+ Coins Instantly at the Best Rates." However, upon checking the ?endpoint=coin api, it only lists around 270+ coins, including some with multiple networks such as ETH, USDT, and WBT, and a few others with 2–3 network variations. For transparency, which is something people here on Bitcointalk highly value, I think it would be better if the platform updated that claim to reflect the actual number of supported coins.


On exchange feature, browser's console log shows all the information of the "=== CALCULATION DEBUG ===" i guess it's not necessary on production environment for the platform's security and safety, it's better to clean it all and do it on your server logs instead.


Look at this screenshot below, the swap of btc to usdt tron, shows minimum amount range of "0.0001 - 9.79960686 BTC" yet when you input 0.0001 it shows an error "Must be greater than 9.317739426180259e-05" but it shows no error if you input "0.00011", this must be fix.

Exchange Process
I choose USDT to BTC. In the order page, all important information are present like timer until the platform accept deposits, deposit (also the qr code) and withdrawal address, coins, , also the transaction status which is good.

What i observed after sending the coin, it shows the txid of the deposit on textbox but when you hover the copy clipboard icon of the hash id (deposit txid) it shows "Your address" which is not



And when you click that copy clipboard icon, it shows "Address copied to your clipboard" for all of the textbox where copy icon is present


Also, there's an icon indicated below that shows "external link" icon, which i always encounter that it will redirect to a link, now a block explorer for address or txid page but it won't. I inspect it and it only has icon, no anchor link for redirection

Summary
This review is made upon testing the platform step by step and upon posting this review, the transaction i made is not yet completed and it's still on "Sending" status. Take note i also check time to time the mempool.space page for the withdrawal address if a new transaction is made. I also use my wallet transaction notifier bot  but still not yet.
Idk the reason why it takes that long at least more than 30 minutes already, when the platform says speed of the transaction "usually taking between 5 and 30 minutes." which is i experience the opposite.


As for the other points, Lizex should consider updating the issues I mentioned, particularly the incorrect minimum amount display, the clipboard copy popover text, the external link icon, and the console log debug data. It would also be good to clarify or correct the total number of supported coins (optional), KYC information, and most importantly, provide clear information about the average transaction time before the exchanged coins are sent to the recipient.

I will edit the review once the transaction is completed.

So the transaction is labeled is complete but i haven't receive any funds on my wallet address, it's weird, maybe a timeout yet it was labeled as "completed". I tried to click the "Submit your feedback" but it doesn't work as well. So, contacting support is the last choice.

So i have contacted the support and it helps me refunded the amount since the deposited amount is below the minimum amount for the transaction should be $60 and thus it's what my concern earlier when experimenting the amount to be exchanged. But thanks for that the team will fix it sooner.

The front end design is simple and responsive. There is much to be done in improving the security and transparency. Standard HTTPS encryption is used on the frontend. Overall, the page is dynamically rendered using Next JS.

Api requests were centralized under the domain api.lizex.io. Testing showed that not all apis fully enable Content Security Policy and HTTP Strict Transport Security. which creates potential risks in man in the middle attack prevention and the prevention of XSS attacks. Page scripts load external analytics code such as a Telegram widget, which may indirectly enable the ip and wallet addresses of users to be identified through external channels.

For the backend logic, Lizex uses an intermediary matching method and completes user inputs and outputs through internal liquidity providers instead of on chain atomic swaps. That means that in the exchange process user assets are held in the Lizex intermediary address for some period therefore fund custody and hot wallet security measures on the platform will be quite important.

My Improvement Suggestions:

Enhance the security headers of the webpage header such as Content Security Policy, Strict Transport Security, and X Frame Options.

Establish a transparent page to publicly disclose the on chain verification of the operating entity hot wallet address, and security deposit. Add a transaction visualization status page and explanation for the delayed refund process by clearly defining fixed exchange rate and floating exchange rate order time lock logics.

First Experience of the site errors and suggestions

Site opens easily on Tor and on smartphones without any problem or delays. 


1. I wanted to exchange usdt from network A to network B to see if it works because many swaps don't allows that, they says the swapping for the same token is not available but here I did not get any error but the receiving amount box was zero even in the other box minimum amount was written which told me that if I sent funds I might not receive any funds in return, but it showed me no error. It must show a notification that we can't exchange or swap the same token into different networks.


2. On the main page in the picture below, the space is too much, the lines about the 24/7 support section should be written in long lines, not in wrap format because the space covers a lot of page and it looks very confusing.


3. What does "Lizex pages in bookmarks in a second!" mean? It's a very poor way to say if you are really trying to say bookmark it. Write something that is easy to understand and also a good CTA, not this.


4. These instructions are badly formatted, the headings should have difference color or background color and their text size should not be the same as the content below them. The content of the second image have more words that's why it is making it awkward for the whole sophisticated format but it can be managed by removing words or by increasing the size of the box for all four to manage a sophisticated look.


5. No Dark Theme for dark lovers, that's an important part of our life, I know it sounds serious, while it shouldn't be, but really it is needed. What are your plans for it? Without a dark theme some might not like the site because it is too bright for them.

6. On FAQ page, you made the following statement but did not put a link to the contact page there. Inserting a link to the internal page will increase the link building of the page from an internal perspective. Besides that, it is convenient for the users to go directly from this page to the contact page if they want to.


7. On the FAQ, in the contact section, the links should be written here for easy access, asking them to visit the contact page and not giving them the information they come looking for at the FAQ is frustrating. And you did not mention the simplex chat support option you have there, those who were only looking for it in the FAQ won't know you have that support too.



Exchanging the Tokens and the problems I faced there and the Suggestions
1. I cannot click on the minimum amount or the maximum amount written in the range. Other swaps have this feature, we don't have to manually write thte exact amount but here we have to do that, which can take time, not much but still not time efficient


2. I was about to swap and it was loading continuously without any update on it as if they were upgrading something and didn't want anyone to exchange. They must give some message but if that's not the case, then it is a genuine issue that needs to be resolved anyway. I waited and tried the next day and it was working fine, so I exchanged


3. Search action is very slow. I searched for ETH I did not find it because it is not available. The site took time to show me the whole list, back the delay was huge and it felt very slow, you need to increase the speed of the search option.

4. I completed my Exchange by exchanging Cake on bsc network to usdt on erc 20, all procedure did not take much, but I am not satisfied with the result because I am suppose to receive $60.666 USDT but I received only $59.756673 usdt while the difference is huge, I sent cake from my wallet to them and received not the exact amount they said I be receiving. Screenshots are added. I was just reviewing it to make the platform better and this is a major issue, and you must correct this one because users won't like a platform with hidden fees if these are not hidden fees, then correct your calculations and explain this clearly.



Final words:
The exchange experience was smooth, but the amount I received was not the one you said I will receive, the search bar is very slow, I can't click on minimum amount button to insert the amount directly without typing, etc. there are other issues that I have mentioned but overall experience was smooth, no lag, easy access but this is really not a fully privacy concerned platform because of the information it is saving declared in your terms and condition.

My transactions typically completed within 5–30 minutes. I checked Trustpilot reviews are generally positive. Quick swaps. It is good.

I think you completely missed the point with your review and didn’t actually read what the OP wrote. If you scroll up a bit, you can see how others did their reviews. I think you should put in a lot more effort and share some of your own experiences here, because with a review like this, you definitely won’t get any reward. My Lizex.io Review

I will be using a smartphone to review it. I will do the exchange, will share my opinions, suggestions, corrections, errors. I will go with my experience with the site first.

1. $60 as a minimum amount is very high, most of the competitors have $10 to $15 as minimum amount to start with but this is one of the few platforms I have seen with such a high minimum amount. This can increase the volume in no time but the users who want to swap few dollars and are ready to pay some fee, they won't be using this platform, this can cost you more volume because swaps like these have more small capital users.

2. Many swaps are only allowing one address as destination, like obfuscating platform (mixers) they allows us to get our funds on multiple addresses after getting mixed, if the same way this platform also allow us to get funds on multiple wallets then that would be good, if you don't want to decrease the minimum amount then adding this feature would do the work too, because if I wanted $30 on A and other $30 on B wallet with multiple receiving wallet feature, I will happily use this platform, this will make it unqiue too.

3. First Expression was good, I see no Lags, no jitters, but the section of "Today's Statistics" is not working smooth, the first tab visible is "Vists Today" when I swap left to go to the tab of "Active Users" it lags there on smartphone, it glitches on Chrome as you can see in the image 1 and on Tor browser in smartphone. Means it jitters there too.


4. While signing up, I can't see the eye icon to see my password, I have placed circles where they usually are, they are essential to see if we are writing the correct password although later we can know if they are not but eye icon to hide and unhide the password is a necassary part of authentication.


5. After siging up, I did not get any mails on my email, that either a account has been created or not, which is essential, as what if someone else uses my mail although for this, someone have to know my email, but let's say if people on the darkweb knows, therefore a confirmation mail is necassary for the activiation or at least a alert message via mail is necassary. I can literally sign up using any mail, even a mail that does not exist.

6. At the bottom of the site, several swap pairs are mentioned for easy access, so when I opened the site first on the swap page it was BTC to some other token, but when I clicked on the Doge to TRX at the bottom of the page, the value in the text field remained the same and did not changed to the minimum amount of Doge, it remained 0.1 as shown in the image, it should be changed when I am changing my pairs.


7. While entering the amount in a coin like in Doge to TRX case I can only see the amount I am entering, but I am not seeing any realtime price coversion to USDT, without that I don't know how much of $ I am entering, I usually swap on the basis of usdts not on the basis of token's amount, many do this too. So addition of coversion to USDT is necassary for example when I added the amount in the field, it should mention the equvalent amount of usdt in front.



Process of Exchanging

8. I exchanged ETH to BTC, the transaction was very late so I contacted the support, which also helped me to find out how supportive they are, and they told me the funds are on the way, and within minutes I received my BTC, in my wallet, I received the exact same amount.

9. I am seeing many members who have shared their reviews before, the amount was written, but as in the following screenshot the amount was not written, it probably due to the screen size, so the project team should manage it according to the size of smartphone screens too, and show how much they swapped.


10. An amazing thing has happened with me, I swapped around 0.017 ETH they worth around $60+ and my transaction was delayed but after talking to the support, I received my exact amount, but I received an extra amount of 0.000487 btc as can be seen in the image, I waited for around 20 more minutes to receive a mail on which I signed up, or on the support ticket where I contact them, but I received no message from them. But I mean serious business even if its free money   I was surprised at first I mean, how could they make such a mistake, anyway I contacted them, waiting for their reply, in the meantime I am writing this too. I am adding some screenshots of this to verify. After sometime, I sent them the funds, they verified. I have added the second picture of the funds that I have sent them.




11. I did not receive any alert on my mail the one with I have signed up, about the trade that I just did, this is not sophisticated impact, if we have logged in and making a trade, alerts should be given to the registered mail.

If I have to summarize my experience, the ui was fine, the exchange did not went smooth, but I believe it is not normal, it might be a 1 out of 20 cases where I had to contact them. But getting extra fund is really beneficial haha.

My Review On Lizex.io

Introduction
It was fun doing a review on this cryptocurrency Exchange platform and I'm quite satisfied with some features I found out though I'll still give my honest opinions on the things they should work on and I trust that the developers would find it helpful and use it to further develop their platform to satisfy customers better. Note that my review is based on the platforms model of operation, regulatory compliance and their security architecture just the way I observed while navigating the platform.

It's good to know Lizex is a non-custodial and instant cryptocurrency exchange and a platform that offers speed, security and anonymity and customers can exchange at least over 2,000 Cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin according to the platform, which i figure out is correct. Although, the non-registration swap model for users is legally binded by their legal team and a user can be sure of his security and anonymity whilst using the platform. Well I'll outline somethings i feel would be worrisome to users about the security of their finances on the platform.

Undisclosed Security Architecture
According to the exchange, transactions are “protected by advanced encryption systems” and also there is a support personnel readily available should the need arise. There is a processing window of 5-30 minutes and there’s no information on how those funds are bing protected within that time

While some other exchanges would make the availability of some key informations, Lizex fail to make available key informations like, percentage of capital stored offline, insurance policy to compensate user incase of a hack, or maybe a security audit platform. These informations to an extent would help give customers some sort of security and assurance that should incase the 5-30 minutes gets expired, they are safe that the exchange will be able to not just bear the loss but also give account for the loss.

My Opinion
For them to be seen as a serious competitor in the exchange market, they must put up some level of transparency in-terms of security. They can create a widget or click on the page of the site with a “Security” title giving outlines on best practices, rate limits and maybe emergency site down time. They can hire a well known blockchain security company to conduct a competitive audit and give them the results.

Overdepending On Shallow Reviews
The platform onky highlights it's favorable ratings on Trustpilot upon the basis of fewer reviews, i mean 13 reviews as seen on the exchange site, which I feel is too poor and less likely to attract more customers to consider using it for exchange.Yes, they might be all 5 star reviews but from 13 persons in the over numerious crypto users that might have used this platform, thats is poor and shouldn’t be put up on a main exchange page.

My Opinion
Instead of chasing reviews, why not build a more secured and efficient platform and see users rush in the site. Also there should be some sort of referral thing that goes on in the site, this alone is a huge review that speaks on its own; interaction with platforms like CoinMarketCap would be a big one for the exchange also. Another way to attract users is to display statistics and volume informations could be over the last 24 hours or a week or a month, this alone provides an indication of the operating scale of the exchange and liquidity which are the main confidence for users when they want to use the platform.


Also, I read a place in their TOS, I think in the area of webchanges, which states that " they reserve the right to modify, update or temporary suspend Web operations without prior notice". I know it's their choice of policy but it makes no sense since they should need to information customers of an upgrade before suspending the site cause what if a customer is carrying out transaction and the site is suddenly suspended without his notice.


Exchanging process/transactions
I was able to carry out a successful transaction and exchanged between USDT(TON) and TON coin, well the transaction was swift, took about a minute to be deposited on the USDT address provided by the site but took 3-4 mins to arrive on my wallet, I don't know if other customers would have issues with the time frame but from my ends it's fair enough. Although I feel the minimum range for exchange should be reduce to $10 instead of $60 if they want to attract more customers, I mean shrimps who would love to use the platform.

This Arizona based exchange has a fast customer care service. When asked about the minimum exchange amount, it is $60 but lower that that is difficult to cancel.
Since it an automated exchange upon careful observation I can see the minimum withdrawal amount is $30 that is absurd.  However maximum amount is not mentioned.

It takes around ~30 mins for BTC confirmations to XMR deposits.

Although the site has two banners on the buttom left which says NO KYC but upon investigation the kya process is present and through contacting support. Both NOTOKYC and KYCNOT.ME are known as no KYC required.
