Some shady casino might fall into this category since there’s always a bad actor on every business industry including casino industry.

Reputable casino always declares everything in their ToS and abides to it since their reputation is the line. They use fair RTP too which is the theoretical RTP set by the provider or even max it above the suggested theoretical RTP.

Casino is a business so they need to have an edge against player but not to the point to resorting on cheating like what mentioned here just to earned profit.

You need to understand that not all the casinos you come across are dishonest or manipulative. Some are very plain about what they do and they don't deceive users. This is one of he advantages of being on the forum, you cannot be actively involved on this platform and be a victim of such because if you read the posts here on the gambling discussion you would get recommendations of reputable casinos and bookies.

This kind of thing can happen because we're certainly aware of the conditions and circumstances so this situation is certainly possible. But of course we've already agreed to this from the start even before we start gambling. When we register on a site there's a ToS agreement sheet provided. So we're indirectly following their policies and the terms and conditions they've set.

Given this situation it's perhaps understandable why you might always assume the bookie has a very strong edge when in fact this is perfectly normal. It's just that ambition and unwillingness to accept defeat can sometimes heighten our emotions making even the most mundane seem outrageous.

Just plain gambling is fair, its a provided game and the rules should be fairly familiar to all hence its fair game, fair money.   You might lose it all anyway but that's the game, don't be a wuss about it as you can walk away from it as you wish or stop pause, whatever you like.

I consider casinos and bookmakers to be completely transparent systems. Currently, all transactions in online casinos are recorded, so when a casino pays taxes, it operates completely transparently. If the question is about this money being dirty, that's not true. No one forces gamblers and bettors to deposit money into these companies, so everything is done voluntarily by gamblers. Therefore, I believe this is absolutely honest and clean money.

Surely most casino and bookmakers are unfair and are not transparent in their actions but I doubt if all casino does that. Although There are numerous number of them out there doing all manner of things just to make the profit without considering the negative impact it will bring to their reputation, and this  factors are considered house edge, even at the point of scamming customers. I know that house edge is always there to beat gamblers for them to make profit but when it get beyond some Point then it Is no longer a house edge but it's now scam. I agree that things like this you have mentioned really exist but not in all casino and bookmakers.

Some gamblers don't read casino rules before they start using their money to gamble in the casino. There are some rules that look small but once you break that rule to win from that casino they will use the rule against you not to release your money.

Will you blame the owner of that casino for doing such thing to gamblers that disobey the rules, because I know there is no casino that will not release money when someone win from their casino because it will make other to think negative or positive about the casino. I think everyone who has ever played gambling games has encountered this kind of trick at some point, when a casino ,not all of them, of course, suddenly starts making the withdrawal process more complicated. They come up with conditions like verification requirements, minimum or maximum withdrawal limits, and other obstacles. It’s really frustrating, and after that, you’re unlikely to want to play at that casino again. So, by doing this, casinos actually reduce the number of their users.

Actually we will know that there are fake gamble platforms that mostly banned gamblers accounts when they win too much and some don't payout gamblers winning at all. But some of these stories are made up to spoil the reputation of the casinos because I don't see whereby someone will made up a complaint without any backup proof to justify their claims. We can not begin exergeratting what we are not sure about but until a casino or bookmaker is exposed to how they make their money illegally, probably by the government or they in one way or the other tends to hide their activities and get caught, we can not conclude if their money is acquired genuinely or not.

We can only judge these game providers based on experiences in their platforms.
Perhaps they might be some criminals in the disguise but if they are not proven then we should just think of playing in the reputable companies.

I think the issue is that bettors run into new casinos and immediately trust them to be honest. If a casinos makes a requirement for KYC, it is better to do that before you deposit and start to play to avoid certain tricks that may arise because you won big. Read the casinos rules and regulations so that if you don't like them, you don't sign up. Another thing is that you need a casino that is reputable and licensed so that at least they can have that reputation at stake and try to build better image of themselves. There are some casinos here that are reputable, don't follow welcome bonus all the time.

First, when registering, there is always a part that shows their T&Cs, of which when you accept and register, you abide with their conditions for using their platforms. Most times, we don't show much concerns to the T&Cs, and just go ahead to register, which at the end might lead to some unease using the platform.

If that is going to be the case, if straight-up scam, not just some dishonest money, I mean, technically you're just freezing their account so that they would be able to withdraw their money, most of the players doesnt really understand the terms or just ognorance of what they are playing that is why they keep on losing a lot of money. But for sure not all casinos is likely, I mean gambling should be base on luck, but at some point it is still a business right so there are still some people who need to lose. As long as they are not really manipulating the game its a fine gambling website, you dont need to worry about anything.

I dont fully know how they operate, but I guess as a business there are going to be a lot of users for sure that is why the prizes are most of the time is increasing or stacking to encourage more player, I mean most of the time they are legitimate they mostly target beginners in gambling, so that they are easily encourage and get decive, fair money? I guess so still, winning is not going to be fair still so In my opinion it is just wasnt worth it to try it.
