Are you checking for odds on different betting sites

For me, it is not necessary since I wasn't into the goal of making money in sports betting. I gamble on my preferred site and solely focus on it rather than spending time with others.  I'm not sure if this is very important for others, but for me, it's just a number, and I don't weigh that much to make a judgment on which team I put my bet on.

Yeah, it is not my practice, nor do I try it. It's up to the gambler's strategy, but I believe most don't spend time on that.

Are you sure about this? I do not think there is anyone that have fun in betting than to make some money from it. If you talk about casinos, I can still accept but it is different in sport betting.

I can accept that many people do not care about comparing odds on different betting sites because I also do not do it but I think people bet to at least to make little amount of money but they have higher chance to lose instead.

The amount used to bet should be small.

For me I don't think if that would be necessary because the most important thing is being lucky to win, so running from one betting site and the other it's like stress. Moreover running here and there can not even make any difference, so having know this, I decided to stick to that very one betting site i have being using right from when I started gambling i can only decide to go for a different site if the current one is compromised. if not that, then I will keep gambling in that site until I decided to quit from gambling.

It may not be a very ideal way of gambling but since winning is what most gamblers have at the back of their minds, I think it will be better they just pick two or maximum of three casinos around which they can often alternate to make picks when they have lesser options with their  regular casino.

It seems to me that some players may still choose a casino based on where they can get more bonuses. And when a player chooses a casino that will give them bonuses, this is usually tied to their rank. I see that in the casinos where I play, there are different VIP levels, and the longer I play in one casino, the higher my rank becomes. I suspect this will affect the bonuses in the future. That is why I think it is better to choose one good casino and play there. In the long run, this will even give more advantages to the player.

It’s understandable that when we choose to gamble with our favorite bookies, the odds are the first thing we look at because that’s the value we’re getting for our money. And any reputable casino will usually offer competitive odds anyway.

And honestly, if we’re not betting with big amounts like a pro, a small difference in the odds isn’t really a big deal for us.

As for me, I don't see anything wrong with a gambler checking gambling sites that give better odds before picking one to bet on, as long as it is a reputable gambling site. The difference in odds may not mean anything to some people, but it really means a lot to those who always gamble with large amounts of money, and also to those who pick multiple games in sports betting. After the total is calculated, there will always be noticeable differences, and it can be a very big advantage if a gambler wins the bet. For those who always use large amounts, the advantage of the odds always shows.For example, if one betting site offers 2.00 odds and another gambling site offers 2.15, and a gambler wants to stake the game with $2k, it is better for the gambler to look for the higher odds.

I prefer to bet mostly on just 3 gambling sites. Two of the gambling sites are casinos and bookies and one only has casino. I do not gamble on the gambling sites because of odds advantage but because I want to have fun.

When I was interested in arbitrage betting, that was the first time when I started checking odds on different betting websites but I've never done arbitrage betting myself because first of all, it was almost impossible to find a difference in odds and even if you would manage to find a difference, it was so low that without betting millions of dollars, it was meaningless to waste a time.
Regularly, I don't check odds because I don't like registering on lots of new casinos. I usually stick with a few casinos where I've created account in my lifetime. I usually check odds on these few casinos where I'm registered and try to place a bet on one that offers the best odds. Often, different casinos have different odds, especially when they sponsor different teams.

I have tried arbitrage betting before but it is not easy at all. Let us say there are three odds in 1x2. If you select win for your favorurite team and lose for the the favorite team in another betting site on the same match. But what if the teams played draw? That mean you lost both matches.

An area I see it can be possible is over and under 2.5 and some other related odds. But I have make the calculation before to know that it is not profitable at all also.

Sure for you it will be necessary to check because you don't channel your goals in sports betting, it is very understandable but there things will should understand that this sports betting it is not for everyone to gamble on because most people think as the implies sports betting or gambling that someone cannot make through sports betting, if you guys has not seen peoples that build house and ride cars through sports betting i have seen in costless time, i still believe that there are so many that still depend on sports betting for there daily survival and it is actually working for them, so if you truly a gambler you surely do some checking and analyzing on which the odds is higher than.

You know, some people do not really have what to do, like they are jobless, that's why they have all the time in the world to be doing such comparisons as to which one has the biggest odds, so they can finally bet. And secondly, I must say that such a person is also only interested in the gains or money to be gained, that's why he will be looking for higher odds to bet on. If his betting was just for fun, then you wouldn't be doing such jobless comparison of odds. To me, it's a waste of time and I would just concentrate on the particular bet company I bet with and not be running up and down just to place a bet

Even if one or a few have higher odds, you'd find that the difference in these odds are often miniscule that it doesn't have any significant impact on the overall outcome of the bet if it turns out to be a winner.

You just use your favourite bookie. As long as it offers you what you want, you should be okay with that. So are some, but we have few bettors who don't joke even with a difference of 0.1 odd between their regular bookie and a new one; they would rather try to take the risk of getting a higher return if the game wins than stick with their regular bookie because they offer a lesser odd.

What I care more about is good gambling services from gambling sites, I do not care about the odds at all because the money that I would win is still small which will make the stress of looking for different odds on different sites not to worth it. Is it the $5 that I am using to gamble that the amount to gain from the higher odd to be much, that is no the way I see it, I prefer just to use a trusted gambling site as the odds have just little differences.

On the forum I have found odds checker for mix martial arts. I took first fighting pair and odds difference is more than 0.5 point which means you can get 25% more if you "waste" time checking odds. Those who dont place large bets it wont be a significant difference. Those who place large bets even 0.1 difference is a lot. But I would not be hypnotized with receiving more money and would not search for a new casino that offer better odds, but instead stay where I am used to.

Well, it might not make any sense to you because you don't don't take betting very serious as a source of income the way some bettors do, but it makes so much sense to some bettor who has account on different bookies and they do odds comparison a lot, then they only bet on bookies with the best odd for the game they want to bet on. I guess you came across that on this thread or another one other which I didn't read. I do compare odd at time but it doesn't usually have any significant difference for me to jump from one bookie to the other. I guess those players that are taking betting more serious and are also staking with a huge amount of money takes odd difference more serious.

You have said it all mate, betting might not be of great importance to him like those folks that sees it as a means of making money, but to them, it's very important, and they don't joke with it. I am not saying that it's bad or good, what am just pointing out there is that some folks in this gambling world does that and they actually don't joke with it. They look into every tiny details on where or what to take advantage of while gambling, so even though we are definitely going to criticize or castigate them, it's not going to change those fellows in anyway, or stop them in acting in such a way because their obsession for gambling runs deeper than we can imagine.

In fact for things like this I personally prefer to be in the one that I choose regardless of whether the site provides greater opportunities or not, I am not bothered by this because for me this condition is a natural thing but comfort is important.

So by looking at the conditions that occur, I rarely try to compare several opportunities or even odds for a bet on several sites because when I am comfortable on one site then I will use the site no matter what the odds or increase in winnings offered.
It may seem like I'm giving up the opportunity to get a bigger profit but at the end of the day, my priority is my own comfort so I stay on the site that I think is comfortable and worthy of being used as a betting reference.

Some people have posted different means that the little odds difference can be huge, another one is bet builder which you have just mentioned. It can also be huge if it is parley as some people have explained already about it on this thread. Another one are the people that bet with huge amount of money, even if the odds are a little different, because huge amount of money is used for the bet will make it the difference from the odds to be clearly seen.
