Of the three elements above (Time, Money, Motivation), I have both time and motivation, but currently I do not participate in gambling because I do not have money. Currently, due to inflation, the amount of salary that can be received to support oneself and one's family is exhausted, and it becomes very difficult to manage the monthly payments. Therefore, at the end of the month, there is not enough money to participate in gambling, but rather, some months, I have to borrow money from friends to support my family. So a gambler needs all three elements to participate in gambling, especially if they don't have money, they don't participate, but only if they have motivation and time. Again, if they have money and motivation but don't have time, they won't participate in gambling.

I would even consider having a relatively low amount of money as an advantage on your part especially that it forces you to discipline on your finances.

The elements posted by OP are typically the common ones that we expect every person to possess whenever they will engage into gambling. However, I would like to add my personal elements whenever I gamble, which are as follows:

• Discipline;
• Self-awareness; and
• Acceptance

The reason on why I posted those three (3) as my elements because they play a crucial role in my gambling activities. Without any of those elements, the triangle would collapse thereby causing addiction to slowly creep in. Perhaps I would even list acceptance as the most crucial element because without accepting defeat, the cycle of gambling would always continue on my end.

I have all these elements when I start my gambling sessions and I don't think they help you that much. Concentration has got nothing to do in helping you when you play slot machines as they are games that rely completely on luck. As such no matter if you have these elements available to you they will do you no good at all because you simply cannot beat gambling. Many people have tried to win in gambling thinking they will have an edge by having such elements yet they could not for the reason that they cannot beat luck. Most people including me we just lie to ourselves that having such elements maybe will help boost our chances to winning which simply is not true.

Playing without losses requires much more than these three points. Besides a list of rules, you need the discipline to adhere to them, so gambling is much more complicated. And the desire to win isn't enough either, it requires experience and analytical skills (I'm talking about betting now), and luck also plays a role. And one more thing, even if you want to gamble, remember the risks and treat it as entertainment. When you play, you'll make mistakes, learn, gain experience, and create your own list of rules based on that.

If you always find those elements as part of your gambling habits anytime you are gambling, that means it's part of you and whether you are consciousness taking note of it or not, you are always exhibiting those necessary character that makes you a responsible gambler. Even when you are absent minded, you won't get addicted or gamble recklessly.
