Well if it is 150 years, it is not much because in some countries, there are people who get close to that age though few. If the medication or supplement were to take people to 200+ plus then I could say the supplement is effective. But one thing that human being can't fight against is death, they have not been able to change the blood vessels and arteries etc that sustains life. This has become the standard of living and it is not changing no matter how much mutilation or supplement manufactured. Life is sacrosanct and it is only God that gives and takes life.

People don't live as long as they did back near the beginning because of spiritual ideals. It isn't only the physical nutrients that give longer life. Rather, it is the spiritual connection to the source of life, God.

There is also that CEO that's trying to preserve himself and prolonging his life. I think that the success of doing that is pretty low but kudos to him for doing. Yes OP right and something that we see in this World are not meant to be tampered with, like you said about us taking pills not to fall asleep and yet it happens how it is meant to be. Some persons go for hair transplant but they forget that it how they are suppose to grow old, for ones we should be proud of what or how we are, nobody is perfect. I was reading something about scientists researching mirror cells, that is the opposite to a naturally occurring cell and can't be detected by the immune system.

Imagine if the scientists involved didn't stop themselves? Science has always been about how to push nature to see how far mankind can go. They push and push, finding out things they could do but forget to ask themselves if they should.

Anti aging pills are no new thing, it only affects the skin cells, not really anything concerning movement and energy levels.
You can't really cheat nature, it always comes to take it's due.

Take sleep for granted and feel the headaches you'd have the next day and the next day and the incremental pain until you pass out.

Actually, I meant our machines in a thermodynamical and mechanical way, they do not exist in nature and they are completely a creation of mankind. If you study a little bit of thermodynamics, then you would realize heat machines as those we use to power our life and make things easier are build to defy nature, by turning heat into mechanical work, that conversion is completely anti-natural, as nature wants entropy to increase and quickly as possible.

You should take a look at the theorical Carnot Heat engine and also the second laws of thermodynamics, those are concepts which put a ceiling to what humanity is capable of within the field of power generation and efficiency of machines, it is a really interesting topic, and if we put religion into it, it seems God did not want us to have access to extremely efficient machines for some reason.

In the olden days people have lived beyond 150 years, currently in this generation there are older people close to 100 and above who are still living strong but you can find them in the rural communities. There their consumptions are mostly natural foods right from the farms to the kitchen without passing some processing and chemically preservatives procedures

Nobody really wants to cheat on nature. Everybody wants life in health.

The earth and the universe hold the answers to living, if not forever, then indefinitely. All we need physically is, the right nutrition, and proper elimination.

The only other thing we need is to accept God Who loves us, and Who has made a way of salvation through His Son, Jesus... since we can't find proper nutrition and elimination without Him, on our own. But it is there, in nature, and within us... if we could only figure out the right way to find it.

Let me ask you this question, have you ask yourself why the pils to raise the death or the pills of immortality has not been discovered? Atleast it will be more important than preventing death. The truth is that we all gona die one day no matter the prevention. The only way to internity is salvation through Jesus Christ, because he said in John 14 vs 6" I am the way the Truth and the life, no man cometh into my father except through me" our soul is what we should work on to find internal rest in Christ after death and not looking for what we prevent death when we know we still die. The key to everlasting life is God and not pills.

Consider what you eat, for example. If you eat fruit and vegetables and some meat, you will remain reasonably healthy. But if all you eat is sand and stones, your health will go away shortly. Why? Because you are working with nature, both ways.

Since nobody really knows all the rules of biology, what if there are some rules of biology that nobody knows, that if we followed them, we would never die?

What has to happen to extend life indefinitely? One has to become healthy. If one isn't healthy, he dies. There may be some way to remain alive, but to not have the quality of life that we want. But in general, those that die are in some ways not healthy enough to stay alive. So, if one remains alive for a much longer time than the oldest person on earth, he has to remain extra-healthy in some important ways to do so.

It's only when we start talking magic - things outside of nature - that we can consider living without quality of life. That's what the zombie movies are all about. Zombies don't happen because life and biology don't work that way... at least not that we have any true examples of.

The point is, it's lack of health that causes one to get old and die.

Nature can never be cheat , because in whatever we are doing today the nature is the plan of everything,so how and where can you manipulate it in other to cheat the nature it can't work, infact nature is God to the highest,so no one can see or talk more of cheating him.

yes it doesn't matter how long someone live. A person can live for a million years and yet they were unable to achieved there purpose of existence, while someone who lived for seventy years maybe able to have achieved there purpose of existence. So the numbers of years one lived doesn't really count as long as they are able to achieve there purpose of living.
There is no that can cheat nature, because when nature calls everyone must answer. It is a call no one can escape or run away from. As long  we are living no human being is above nature no matter how endowed the person maybe they can't be above the laws of nature.

why would you want to avoid sleeping? sleeping feels good, it resets our body basically it allows our body to grow and recover from our tiring days

someone who is wanting to go against sleeping has some mental illness most likely because as you said it is in our nature to sleep it is natural and to go against it means there must be something wrong in ourselves

regardless whether we want to accept it or not, it will happen due to technology but it should always be remembered that it is impossible to live forever our lives are borrowed from god and he will take it back after some time even if we try to prolong it

Of course there is nothing wrong if such innovation can come to existence, what are we looking for knowledge for if not to improve standards and solve problems, in our present time people are dying within a range of 70s which was not so before our forefather were living pretty much longer than what we are seeing this days and it is a problem so if we can have solutions to enhance things to become better then we should encourage it and I don't see anything wrong in that, nature only have it that it a characteristics of a living to die and the enhancement of elongating life Spam doesn't interfere with nature of life and death that is certain.

Technology is good helpful and really fascinating but trust Me Technology is also a factor that is making some rampered illnesses that are terminal cutting short life spans . Here they are with another idea of enhancing health and life longevity . I'm sure its going to work but also be restrictions assured that it will definitely be at the detriment of other benefits.  Nothing goes for nothing.  If they are giving you  something such as longer time of living before death I'm.sure the cost will also be much. And by cost I donot mean the physical money you have to pay but what you will give in return.

Amidst this i still have a question to ask though.  Will this pills also work for people with also existing terminal diseases?
When they take it will they continue living with it?
