I am fundamentally quite against KYC and I'm not a big fan of this solution and am looking for other ways to get around this, but for now the sports team has implemented the strategy of requiring KYC for suspected accounts. It appears to be slowing them down somewhat because buying fake docs is relatively expensive. Fair point, but this is not so much about acquiring traffic. I quite prefer to do things my own brutally authentic way where I present things with raw train of thought rather than the common "optimized corporate way", if that makes sense.

Usually it is not about the quantity of the amount in question, but rather about circumventing house edge / exploiting bonusses. It would be great if you can share little more details like how much you deposited and what games you played etc. Any screenshot will be helpful.
BTW what is the amount in question (I am guessing it is very low by the look of mobile screen).

On this amount, however, is quite high to achieve especially for small time rollers. It means, you are basically playing 0% HE and for me, it is not actually sustainable for the casino itself. When looking at the raw number of site visits on sites like similarweb, you wont see extremely high numbers, primarily since we don't run retention features like daily repeating bonuses which keep the users loading the page over and over again.

I have been in contact with Hege for a while. When I saw the previous thread, I reached out to him, but he was offline. I reached out to Duel support via live chat to confirm if the thread is official. Unfortunately, the support confirmed that it was legit. The next day, I noticed the negative tag icopress left on that imposter account. I reached Hege again, and this time he could reply, including the link to this thread. Sometimes support makes mistakes as well. He probably means the URL is legit since the guy created his username by using the URL of Duel. I know some big fishes already in touch with you, so I am not going to bother you with marketing proposals

Would you provide your bank statement (Level 3 KYC) for a $20 withdrawal? I am not talking about duel here. I haven't played on Duel yet. I mostly ignore casinos if they enforce KYC for small withdrawals. I completed my KYC of a casino lately where I had around a few hundred dollars withdrawals. It depends how small the withdrawal is.

For some whales, $400 is a tiny amount and they think it does not worth completting the KYC for this amount while some others will comply with the rules for $200. $483 USDT is not a tiny amount. Probably it is for the player who complained about it.

Yeah, either they find something for what the player may be blocked, or his overall experience on the platform is questionable. I've seen lots of cases based on opposite betting and much to be the reasons for why the user wouldn't get their winnings in the end..
