However, recently they always have unannounced maintenance that keeps interrupting me so I've decided to stop playing on their site, and now looking at the TrustPilot reviews and Reddit reviews there are claims that some user sold their information, some limits how much they can bet, etc. I'm not sure if it's selective or I don't know but the reviews are more leaning towards the negative side so... I think it's better decision to change site for now.

What really kills their credibility for me is the 100% RTP claim. They advertise it heavily, yet in their own FAQ they admit they cannot allow unlimited play at 100% RTP or they would go bust.

Yes, in this industry “trust me bro” is common, but the big players usually have legal teams which somewhat really do follow some basic legislation although take this with a grain of salt, we all know they are offshore and couldn't give less fucks about individuals.

As for lawsuits, I highly doubt any serious operator would sue you just because they have money. That is not how it works. Unless you're from jurisdiction they operatine in, then you're basically fucked

I’d like to know how the situation actually happened, because not all of us have the same understanding of value betting, and some sportsbooks clearly prohibit it.

Anyway, @DGUDGUDGU doesn’t really need to explain his case to me. After checking his post history, it looks like he’s been hunting value bets across different sportsbooks. So either he thinks it’s not against the TOS, or he’s intentionally doing it to see if the system flags it.

It's not marked as unfair betting across most sportsbooks, the people on this site have been brainwashed in this weird crypto betting bubble.
To my knowledge there's only a few sites that have opened here with it in their tos: betpanda, xyes, winna, we88 and 2up.

But it's definitely a newer trend with these easy to make betby copy paste sites, like xyes, winna, betpanda.
The people making these sites just copy pasting ToS and not understanding the industry.

Every single legal sportsbook that I've played on (100s) pays winners, every single bigger crypto site then the ones I've listed... also pays winners.
stake, betonline, roobet, 500 caisno, bcgame, jackbit, bovada, luckyblock, duel are examples.

So yes it's not unfair, it's been industry standard for ages.

I am fundamentally quite against KYC and I'm not a big fan of this solution and am looking for other ways to get around this, but for now the sports team has implemented the strategy of requiring KYC for suspected accounts. It appears to be slowing them down somewhat because buying fake docs is relatively expensive. However, you are not going to see situations where somebody doesn't get their money out due to this, that I can assure you.

Does this only apply to questionable accounts if I am right? That is perhaps quite necessary this time due to the number of abusers. Only abusers will hate doing this. But in the case it applies to everyone, I don't think I have to register. Even though we think that KYC is now a trend, asking for additional documents for verification is too much. It is another level of KYC. Privacy still matters a lot, and I suppose I believe that Duel.com valued it as well.

It seems this applies to all players at this casino because their TOS requires KYC, especially if you make a withdrawal whether big or small. Privacy is important and I understand your concern. However, most licensed casinos now enforce KYC due to regulations. In the end, the decision is yours whether this policy suits your preferences or not.

Firstly, this is a big deal since they can use this excuse to screw over legit customers which many sites have done in the past already and will continue doing in the future. Secondly, they do have some of the best odds in the industry, but not the absolute best or anything.

Sites like Pinnacle, asian sharps and exchanges like Polymarket have better odds(Some even offer promotions) which is why their whole syndicate excuse doesn't make much sense. Looks like you made the right call.

What kind of incentives people have to create multi accounts? The best would be to remove such incentives.. because if someone can make money by creating multi accounts to abuse some limits or whatever,  there will always someone trying to do this. Kyc wont solve.

Whatever game you are playing on the site, be it slot game or sport betting you also required to pass kyc as that is not only limited to sports betting. The system is effective on all the market, just that if they senses any illegality or misuse of whatever bonuses that may comes from the site and or, if they noticed any arbitrage gambling then definitely they would request for additional verification if you have already pass kyc.

If they remove those incentive or the best sports odds they offer is all of their sports bettor would suffer, I think this is not good to all gambler since the action done by few people should not be the reason why all players could not get those benefits they offer to their gamblers.

But its good to know that they are posting those things since we could see that they are active fighting abusers and multi account users which exploit their system. If those bonus or odds abusers will slowly taking down, there's good chance that the problem would slowly shrink.  Those abusers will not came back here to repeat same actions especially if they know the casino is so strict and eventually will bust those illegal actions they have done.

Since they don't need any details upon registration, how in the fuck is the player secured against random claims of abuse/fraud to the player.

Any other casino has atleast some type of KYC 1 for Deposit so they atleast got a name and address, to which they later then can verify it with ID for example. How tf does this work on Duel?

Pro's and Con's I guess

I would not risk anything over 5 digits on this site, especially in sports betting. When you get KYC'D you basically are fucked. They can pull up any excuse (jurisdiction, foul play or whatever else) and have fun proofing that or getting your money.
