This sounds pretty good. Which means it's quite realistic to send directly from Duel to a swap order, for those who don't want to complicate things too much with crypto. Although it is a very bad practice, and many things can go wrong.
I wouldn't do that, to be honest. Many services just refund the coins to the address that sent the coins. Imagine you send 0.01 BTC to make a swap and the website sends it back to Duel? Now you have to contact their support and who knows if they will help you out... 100% put your wallet in the middle. Duel -> wallet -> swap service. No excuse to save $0.30 in fees. Now, back to talking about what matters... has anyone tried any of the Duel Originals?

As I said, those who don't want to mess with crypto, install wallets and the like. In such cases, you should choose services that offer to add a special address for the refund, so for example, it should be the user's deposit address on Duel. So, if something goes wrong, the funds will be refunded to the user's Duel account. Of course, these are possible scenarios, and such a method should always be avoided.

$0.30 fee, so very reasonable.
The withdrawal fee is reasonable and cheap too as it is not reasonable to compare $0.3 fee with lower fee if using non custodial wallets and know how to broadcast transactions with fee rate lower than 1 satoshi/vbyte. At online casinos or centralized exchanges, users can not take advantage of low transaction fee rates by themselves. Maybe as the times go by, more platforms may adopt fee rates lower than 1 sat/vbyte. Perhaps they could have an option for users who want their withdrawals processed at lower than 1 sat/vbyte but ready to wait for longer just in case the fee rate is not optimal enough. Under normal circumstances, $0.3 for bitcoin is more than welcome for me.

Under normal circumstances, $0.3 for bitcoin is more than welcome for me. For reference, my withdraw transaction was sent with a fee of 1.21 sat/vByte and it actually costed Duel $0,44 ... I don't mind them not lowering it below that. It makes no sense to save $0,15 or so and risk having my tx stuck for a few blocks, or even more if there is a surge in transactions.

Yes, I tried a couple of them but in the end, the one I played the most was Crash, where you can choose the multiplier you want to reach. I aimed for big multipliers, unsuccessfully, but when you choose that way, hitting them is totally lottery-type luck. Maybe as the times go by, more platforms may adopt fee rates lower than 1 sat/vbyte. Perhaps they could have an option for users who want their withdrawals processed at lower than 1 sat/vbyte but ready to wait for longer just in case the fee rate is not optimal enough.
I have found that the difference between sending transactions at 1 sat/vByte and transactions below that can be the difference between waiting a maximum of half an hour for confirmation and having to wait a couple of days (with current fees).

Pretty sure this casino is done for. The amount of fuckery in this dudes story is not acceptable. Also, please be advised they are based in Anjouan Islands. Literally nothing stops them, NOTHING from communicating like they should or handling complaints/disputes in a proper manner. I'm gonna contact their crypto payment processor and most likely will sue them for KYC/AML mishandlings. Also gonna contact every single partner of said processor to let them know that their "trusted partner" is allowing easy money-laundering without any hassle. Just like any other offshore crypto casino, once you have a problem you are fucked. I'm happy about the recent EU ruling making directors directly accountable in the jurisdiction of the player not of the casino, which indirectly means I can sue the owner Ossi infront of EU/Swiss courts. Since they are so "transparent" I'm gonna be too, just like Dr. W Gamba. Hopefully he doesn't sign shit and shares more publicly.

As per the ToS stated and you already saw it, you are not allowed to play on this casino. How do you know that players posting on X is an US resident? This is just my guess but maybe Duel has a mirror link dedicated for some restricted countries of you are sure that US citizens manage to play on this casino. They are either gambling illegally or playing on mirror website.

So maybe that's how US players are able to play there even though the US is on the restricted list. But I'm not fully sure about the official policy on this. Maybe someone or a casino representative could confirm whether VPN usage is officially allowed.

I have to check Duel website, find their ToS and get their terms on VPN. It's not like what you think, what I think about that, it must be taken officially and accurately from the Duel's ToS. Let's see it. https://duel.com/policies/toshttps://duel.com/policies/privacy-policyhttps://duel.com/policies/privacy-policy#cookie-policyI don't find any term in these three pages for ToS, Privacy policy, Cookie policy so it's likely there is no term about it, and they don't restrict VPN use. If they restrict VPN use, they would write it in their ToS.

That is reasonable as if they are not strict with people from OFAC list and allowed them using their platform, they might have big legal issues and even related to money by don't enforce KYC and AML policy well enough. It's like a mandate for almost all online platforms nowadays to protect themselves, not only against users who are cheaters and want to exploit the platforms and budgets but also against possible legal troubles from governments. The USA is one of most powerful nations that can sanction any entity around the world so all companies have to be very careful with users from the USA if legally they are not allowed.

Even though the use of VPN is allowed, the risk is still too high. I don't know why many people tried to ignore it when the consequences were terrible and then sent complaints about why they couldn't withdraw their funds. They are joking about not reading the ToS as an excuse.
I believe the rule is very clear, and gamblers should not mess with it. If our country is restricted, then look for another rather than forcing ourselves in. Perhaps there are a lot of casinos that are legally operating.

I think that's mainly for people who bet large amounts. If you deposit a few hundred, there's usually no problem. Other casinos that have much clearer ToS in this regard even tolerate or turn a blind eye to people from those countries who log in using a normal browser without using VPN and who could be blocked by their IP address. As long as we're talking about amounts like the ones I've given as examples. In this case, with those ToS and being Duel.com a privacy-friendly casino, there should be even fewer problems. But that doesn't mean anyone should recklessly deposit a couple of Bitcoins while playing from a restricted country as they would be playing with fire.

Hello Bitcointalk,
I've wanted to make a thread for Duel for a while, but never got around to it. Today saw a fake thread made by an impostor, so thought now would be a good time to make an official thread for Duel.
In this thread, I'll be happy to answer any questions and chime light on any topics regarding Duel.
What is Duel?
I'll keep this extremely short and simple for now; No need for fancy graphics and such, just straight to the subject. - Duel is the first casino that offers 0% house edge games. You can wager up to $50k daily with absolutely zero edge, and beyond that limit, there will be a 0.1% edge applied. - Extremely transparent and committed to operating with the highest levels of integrity.
as regards the zero house edge, can you explain that? because when i put dice on 50% win chance, i get a payout less than 2x instead of 2x if its zero house edge
