You're right, I think they sacrifice the provably fair games and only used it to attract players. Now, to think of it, that's actually a good strategy since at some point, players will get bored and will go to slots, table games and sports betting and that's where they really get their profit from. I think I've read it somewhere here that it's not totally 0% house edge because if you wager 50k or more per day in their original games, the house edge will increase.

I think there's something that triggers that's why they restrict your account and I agree with @logfiles, they wouldn't just randomly select a user and restrict the account from playing and withdrawing. It's been 2 days? Isn't it usually done within the day or so? (sorry I'm not familiar how long do they check the KYC) Anyway, if you know that you didn't do something wrong and you are playing on a country where it's legally allowed, then you shouldn't be worried about it, though it's really hassle on part of the player.

That part was confusing too. I think what he mean is it takes about two days for the account to be verified, but I’m not sure.
If it’s verified, that should mean the account passed their checks and hasn’t violated any TOS.

But since he’s saying he’s blocked from withdrawing, we can’t rely on just his words. We need proper evidence, because that’s necessary before drawing any conclusions.

This reinforces what @Dollartree said. They detected that you were trying to bypass the betting limits thus the block and KYC verification. Honestly if you know that you have been limited in the platform, why do you go ahead to bypass the restrictions very well knowing the repercussions?

Now you have to wait it out until they finish the verification/investigation. Perhaps this is a lesson learnt for you.

I suggest you format it properly and post it in the right board. If you really believe there’s an issue, you can create a scam accusation thread and include the evidence you have, but make sure its solid. Because you know, posting it here in the ANN thread doesn’t really help because this thread is mainly for general discussion about the casino, and people come here to talk about different things related to the platform.

So it’s probably better to post it in the proper board instead. I’m sure you already know how to do that since I’ve seen from your previous posts that you’ve created a scam accusation thread before against another casino.

Yes it's a little bit confusing that's why I think it's better that he should provide proper evidence for everyone to see because at this point we are not sure who are telling the truth and whose not. I also see a lot of accusations from different users. Personally I have used and played in Duel for some time and managed to withdraw certain amount, though I'm not sure if it counts since it's less than $1000 in total and I have received it instantly without any problems.

So how are you going to make money?

I don't know if this will make money. I think it probably will and I hope so, but that's not the main point. For the most part this is a passion project.

However -- While most of the games will operate on +-0 EV for the house -- We still operate slots and some other games for the gooners and the degenerates. Some of the games will have a house edge. Also even though blackjack will not have a house edge assuming perfect play, there will still be a lot of users who will play sub optimally, thus bleeding money to us.

Our slots are still better than the competitors.

Fundamentally it's the same game with the same odds, however, we give you a rakeback that's worth 50% of the house edge paid.

So if you pay on a standard slot, for every 100 you wager, you'll lose 4 on average. We INSTANTLY give you 50% of this back, effectively lowering the house edge from 4% to 2%.

Comparing to Stake -- They will instead give you these 'bonuses' through their levelup system, which we are not a big fan of. These bonuses are designed as clever retention mechanisms which utilize psychological phenomenon like the sunk cost fallacy, and they are designed to give you extra dopamine hits and they make you come back to the site over and over again to claim your daily, weekly and monthly rewards, and the list goes on. And in the end, even if you claim all the rewards, it's not going to be nearly as much as the 50% that we give you INSTANTLY with no strings attached.

So many casinos claim to be the 'most generous casino' and they have this penis-measuring/marketing contest of who gives the highest ratio of rewards. But if you do your research on this, you'll find out that this is nothing but a highly profitable deceptive strategy to keep you hooked and deceived. It's also a really clever trick for them to obfuscate the inherently high house which they use to fuck you in the ass.

And you can see by clicking the games that there is a limit for zero edge, but the limit is very big. For dice you have 0% for $50k and then the edge increase by only 0.1% so almost the same.
