An altcoin season is approaching as we wait for next year. Who knows, perhaps altcoins will experience an altcoin season. I sincerely hope altcoin prices will increase significantly, and there is a high possibility of an even greater increase. If altcoins rise rapidly, it’s only a matter of time. When the time comes, altcoins will experience a significant increase in value.

I often think that our unplanned investments are responsible for the lack of consistent buying in line with the risky price situation of altcoins. Your guess will not always be right but you should continue to accumulation on those alts that are at the market is relatively well positioned. Buy from the dip season and wait patiently. Most investors are optimistic that the altcoins season will start soon.
There is a possibility of seeing alts bullish right after Bitcoin bullish season. I am strongly optimistic that Bitcoin will start its journey to ATH again and the altcoins season as well as the possibility of going to a reasonable level.

I disagree with you. You will see that most of the top altcoins are bullish with Bitcoin rising in price. Bitcoin is still at a stable level at the end of the third quarter of the year, while most altcoins are either stable worth or in a dumping phase. You should be aware of the risky market conditions and continue to buy. The new year may be the right time for altcoin season.

You should be more buying during this downturn because there are only a few weeks left until the altcoin season starts. You still have the opportunity to buy regularly and after a specific period make profit. Bitcoin should be for long term investment and with that, efforts to diversify your assets can make you more financially active.

Not expecting anything but down. I know that doesn't sound like a bitcoin/crypto maximalist, but that is also not true. Because while I do believe that both bitcoin and alts all will go down, I also know that it will go down for a year, then it will break over their all time high prices later in a few years again, just like how it does every 4 year cycle. This year wasn't really that awesome but it still went up, we were under 20k, and yet finished above 120k this bull run, I expect same in the future, but first we are going to go down.

For now we both share the same sentiment about the crypto market, I have being a little more optimistic previously but with all the indications reflecting on bitcoin market trend currently it's rather looking more downwards for anyone to think that altcoins would do differently when obviously altcoins performance are usually a reflection of bitcoin price performance. About breaking over the ATH in 4 years from now I could be confident about bitcoin but not with altcoins because a lot of the altcoins in the market today might dead by the next 4 years in prospect.

No, your sentiment is not a total reflection of what is happening in the market right now, in the past couple of months, bnb, eth and Solana has been moving up and down according to the price move of Bitcoin, and it's because Bitcoin is currently down, is the only sole reason they have regress a little bit in value, especially bnb that is doing just fine, and I bet you that if Bitcoin goes back to $124k, bnb, eth and Solana will rise and follow suit, so you saying that no significant increase in these top tier alt coin is wrong

I am not hoping for altcoins season at all. During reign of Bitcoin, its dominance and price growth, frequent altcoin price drops without recoveries, forced me to sold majority of them and focus on Bitcoin. I also think that times when altcoins were able to show hundreds percent of price growth during months or In less than a year, have gone. Even if altcoin season starts, it wont be as sparkling as previous.

Given the current market situation, I no longer expect specific events to happen; whether they occur or not, it's fine. I'll continue to hold whatever altcoins I'm currently investing in via DCA.
If an altcoin season does come, that would be great because I'd definitely sell some of my altcoin holdings.

There's nothing wrong with your decision. I see that you're still hoping for the altseason to return, and you're taking a bold step toward accumulating altcoins you're confident in investing in. Indeed, Bitcoin's extreme decline yesterday significantly impacted altcoin prices, and I see this as an opportunity to accumulate by taking advantage of low altcoin prices.

Altcoin seasons are not things that happen just once and then be over, we can have more in the future and that alone gives me hope. That's situation has been lookin for by some investors, but those expectation didn't meet up even if Bitcoin goes stable or experience dip since market sentiments remain the same and people are still in focus on what's currently happening on Bitcoin.

I agree with you, the absence of an altcoin season in this cycle doesn't mean that altcoin seasons have disappeared permanently, and it will never appear again. As long as the market exists, one thing is certain, there will be many more altcoin seasons in the future, and we have nothing to be disappointed about.

However, it's important to note that the altcoin market is very harsh and changes rapidly. What I mean is there's no guarantee that the altcoins we're investing in will survive until altcoin season arrives. Therefore, selecting investment projects and managing risks are extremely important. We shouldn't invest blindly and stubbornly, but rather adapt to the evolving altcoin market.

Personally, I would continue holding top altcoins like ETH or BNB, instead of betting on new altcoins like ZK, ARB...

The current cycle has really started to differ since BTC adoption has increased, more and more market manipulation has occurred and the cycle that once existed has begun to be eliminated. I mean maybe the bullish cycle of increasing prices in BTC will still occur but for altcoins it seems as if it is dead. We can see that currently BTC has scored a new ATH but most altcoins have not reached it.

A few weeks ago I observed the price movements of several altcoins and almost always there was resistance when the price increased. I hereby tell myself that altcoin season will not happen.

This market cycle is different by many things happen globally from politics, economics to wars so during a very uncertain period, people prioritize safety, not chance of getting profit.

Bitcoin and cryptocurrency market has higher volatility than traditional markets so it's not best favorite choices of people in two latest years. When capital flow does not get in cryptocurrency market but focuses on gold, silver and stock markets, altcoin season did not come from 2024 to 2025 years. Historically this market cycle would end in 2025 year or can only have very early months of 2025 till its ending.

Altcoin season becomes a thing like very hopelessly with many people and whether it comes or not in coming months, will depend on next policies in the USA.

At this moment you are talking about altcoin season is definitely brave. Because technically the market is still totally influenced by bitcoin. Altcoin season index is absolutely down right now. Hovering around 10-20. Which means it is not even near bitcoin At all. actually the altcoin season aint even started yet

My take? Does not mean altcoin is dead. The market is still in the bitcoin frenzy and big investors are trusting bitcoin more than anything. History tells us that whenever the value of bitcoin drops altcoin rises in both volume and market cap. And seasoned traders always wait for these signs. Many people say it is foolish to declare altseason unless the index is more than 75

Bitcoin is the market right now. To earn in altcoin you have gotta play the waiting game
