Thanks for the advice. Using 2FA Auth already makes me feel safe enough. I'm not fully confident about using unique passwords or password generator software, because passwords can still be recorded. But with a 2FA backup or email verification, I believe the account will be much more secure.

I also prefer the 2FA because of it's security features and granting only user's access for safety. It is very difficult to bypass the 2FA as it would require code from your device depending on the settings options one opts for which is more conducive with them. As for password generator softwares, I don't too fancy it as I am not comfortable with it. I prefer creating my own password than allowing it to be generated by a device.

This is something I have seen on many casinos I play on. They promise instant withdrawal but have to add it in their policy that the withdrawal can be delayed for up to 48 hours due to network delays. This is just language casinos can use in their terms.

Need to provide proofs of the complaint so potential players will be warned of their possible scheme. Also, based on their thread title - no kyc, and yet, you can check their terms that they have kyc protocols - https://winsroyal.com/kyc-policies. So the rep here should clarify the matters on hand - withdrawal and the no kyc claim. If they won't address these concerns, I don't think they will go anywhere in this community.
As a new player in this community, they should address small or big concern as it can determine whether players from this community will earn their respect or not. And if they can gain potential players. Because if they won't address matter on hand, would be hard for them to entice players from this community.

Of course - there are concerns about this in case there is a case later. Fake information/other people's data is not allowed - on most other platforms it is against it, so what is the reason this casino allows it? When it comes to KYC - users are required to fill in their personal data, not other people's data and that is a condition.

You haven't told us the whole story and details, like how long have you had those pending withdraws from the time you initiated the withdrawals?
How much were the withdrawals worth?
Have you tried to communicate with the support staff and they ignored you?

Please at least make an effort to add on more details if you want to make the accusation more believable.

I just checked his post history and almost all of his posts are complaints against different casinos.
If you want your case to be taken seriously and want other members to help you resolve your issue, then the least you can do is to explain what happened in details and provide some evidence.
