To sign up and learn more you are not forced to trade immediately. Many things like Rulebook are free to read even without signing in. I'm sure spot trading will be added soon, but things take time to be implemented most safely for the users. Roxom is making the thing which is rather new on the market and, as to me, I prefer everything to go as safe as possible rather than fast.

Thanks for the reply. I still have two question regarding restrictions and KYC. Is the exchange allowed in Central Europe, and do I have to complete full KYC? Or is this exchange still operating in a grey area? I just want to avoid creating an account and then being unable to withdraw because my primary residence is in Central Europe?

Central European countries are not among those jurisdictions residents or citizens of which are not allowed to trade on Roxom, the restricted jurisdictions at the moment are: "United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, China, Russia". And right, you will be unable even to deposit any funds without passing a verification procedure.

Roxom is officially registered in El Salvador, so I'd not say about a grey area, but I guess you should ask someone from your country about what cross-border operations you are allowed to do on your side.

I already checked the full list, and luckily my country isn’t on the restricted list for accessing Roxom.
I’m not exactly sure what their basis is, but it’s probably tied to which countries are restricted and the rules they have to follow for those locations.

The KYC process is really fast.. you just need to take photos of your ID (front and back) and then a selfie while rotating your head.. it took about 2 minutes and doesn't require any additional documents.

After that it took less than a minute for the KYC to be approved.. and you're ready to trade.

Good to see Roxom choosing El Salvador.. as far as I remember, Tether also moved its operations to the country.
