If that happened to you, it probably means the 6% Instant Cashback only applies to certain games. The game you played Baccarat which is a Casino/Live Casino game usually only gets around 1% cashback.
This is just my guess, because most online casinos give different cashback rates for different types of games. So the 6% is likely meant for Slot games only.

I also couldn't find any detail terms about the Instant Cashback on the site, so no wonder it's confusing.

I am glad you found your way here and be rest assured that your coming here would profit you as long as you abide by the forum principles.  I will advise that you try allow for choice of user name by a member upon registration. I do not like the fact that my user name would be kind of  extracted from my email and I believe other members too would not be comfortable with it.

Lastly, I advise that you try make your website be easily accessable as the captre is very frustrating and tiring as well. I had to exercise patience before I could be able to do my registration. Maybe you should look into it and rectify immediately so that one does not skip your casino because of that features.

Regarding the username suggestion, that’s a fair point. We’re already reviewing a few onboarding changes, including giving users full control over their chosen display name so nothing auto-pulls from email by default. But currently you can change your username without other users seeing it before playing on the platform, just change it in your profile in the interim before placing a bet. Only place a user can see your username is if you type in the player chat or do not have your username hidden from the weekly/monthly leaderboard or live bets feed which you can turn to anonymous.

As for the captcha issue - totally hear you. That Cloudflare verification has been a pain for some users, and it’s already been flagged with our tech team. We’re working on a smoother solution, so people don’t get stuck before even seeing the site.

Op you did a professional work on the announcement thread. The main reason we can’t remove it is because Cloudflare is one of the strongest protections against DDoS attacks and bot activity. Without it, casinos are extremely vulnerable to downtime, fake traffic, and security threats, which could affect both players and the platform.

That said, we’re working with our devs to fine-tune the settings so it’s less intrusive and loads faster without compromising security.

These days you cannot have enough casinos coming to the forum. They just keep showing up every single day . I took a glimpse at your platform and the UI looked very modern and smooth. One thing I didn't liked was your T&C page. It felt really messy and unorganised and I was having difficulties reading all those wall of text without any proper spacing. Just look at the ss below. It is not very popular licensing authority, but we have seen some casinos being licensed by this body. Because we are all familiar with Curacao license. Yeah when you are looking at there casino from the name you would be think since they support sportbook they might have already have a sportbook functioning on there casino were you can start using and stake for matches but unfortunately it was also when I went to the casino I no that they have not started there sportbook because at every click on the sportbook you get the saying that the page cannot be found, so I don't no if we should expect it soon from the casino.
