I agree with a lot of things you write. I'm one of the many people, who hates mental and physical pain and hates stepping out of the comfort zone. Growing as a person is all about increasing your pain tolerance and getting used to discomfort and stress. I kinda disagree with the "no easy way" part. Some people became rich by finding shortcuts and having connections with the right people. All this "work hard" mindset is very important, but millions of people around the world never found any success despite putting lots of hard work.

The illusion of easy money has made many persons not want to work hard, they just believe the concept of "your money working for you " is a short cut and a way out to escape an actual hard work. Honestly.. because even In the bitcoin network the target is manipulated or should I say adjusted after every 2016 block, but it’s just take at most 10mins for a block to be verified and mined the difficulty of this puzzle is maintained in a way that the miners never deviate too much from the average 10 mins time taken to mine a block however, it is the proof of work that says you really worked hard cus hard work without any proof of work is really nothing.

If we look around and read history then it's very clear that majority of people got success by working hard.
