Glad you said short term holders are the ones moving their bitcoin to exchanges. Why should I be bothered with what short term holders are doing? They are short term holders, they are only doing what they are known for. This is not something that's worth worrying about. Had it been it was the wallet of Satoshi that has moved all his  bitcoin to exchange, I would have been worried. Anything less than this can't move me.

If you dca in over 4yrs your avg cost is going to be close to the 200wma. So say you started at the last cycle top, your avg price right now would be about 55k. These news spread like fire in bear markets and I think this is when most of the people will start panic selling. Seems like even OP will care for these FUD so my only suggestion for OP will be to not really care about these things as they will soon pass once the bears exit the market.

People will start praising bitcoins again once they start their upwards rally. So, it will depend on us personally what we want to take out of the rumours. Do we still want to hold or just sell the positions and enter again in FOMO once the price starts going up again. Patience is the key here. At this point I believe some investors are already confused while there are also those that knows what they are doing . It is important to set a goal or a good plan before venturing into buying bitcoin, because without a clear goal of what we actually want , then we can easily be swade by critics into taking the wrong action. Anyone who sells their bitcoin now out of fear and wanting to cut their losses is doing that out of a sense of wanting to protect their finances but isn't exactly making a very smart decision, though at the end of the day the choice belongs to the individual bitcoin owner and not the public so anyone can sell whenever they actually want to, after saying all these I'm still going to state that selling because of fears of the market dumping more is not a smart decision and should not be encouraged, instead the best idea would be to hold and wait out the dip, if possible then buy more now.

We are already aware about the volatilities that comes with Bitcoin, so whatever happen in the market currently won't be that much of a thing to think about since we already have the background knowledge of the market and how it used to react to funds most especially during a market decline like this one we have currently as Bitcoin dip hard at the moment.

Better preparing your self to buy bitcoin as many possibility depend on financial condition looking current price bitcoin have down drastically, however normally huge correction for bitcoin price after success break out new ATH price last two months ago and right now correction moment with possibility recovery more than the latest ATH price. I think important for set up good money management for awhile during market not stable yet and always prepare free fund to buy if have another possibility dip price, so buy bitcoin around 30% of your fund and preparing if any moment bitcoin will get another correction.
