What are our expert members' opinions on the best time to teach newbies about investing?

When the market is in a bull market, you can show them your profit, and the best move is to make a profit

When the market is in a bear market, teach newbies the risks and the tragedy of investing so they know what to avoid.

It can be both, but what is the best time really?
I think there's no preferred time to teach newbies how to investing or about Bitcoin investment, i like being sincere and telling anyone how things are and how the market operates, atleast it will prepare their mind on how to face the reality, I don't like to pet words to avoid being blamed, some people are good at asking questions like, why didn't you tell me about this and that, why didn't you say it earlier that this investment is not something I can get profit from too quick, so to avoid rhetorical questions from intending investors which I see as newbies, I have to do what will put me at the safee side, as for the best time to invest, it is Everytime especially if you're making use of DCA to invest, investing during the dip isn't bad infact many will prefer to invest then, but why it is not adviceable to wait for the dip or will say during the bear market is that, there are intending investors that might be discouraged before then or even spend their money in other things and even though they have source that they generate income from, they might not think of investing in Bitcoin again, so since DCA method is there, it is adviceable to get along with it first as a newbie, since what you need to start with is your discreationary income, you can still buy as much as you can as the dip comes but the major thing is, no newbie should stay idle waiting for the dip or bear market which might not even come as quick as possible, because it might lead to continues procrastination and that might be the end of road for such newbies in Bitcoin investment.
