I was once motivated by several videos that ultimately led me to consistently make time for exercise every day, both morning and night. I did this along with a regular diet, but perhaps because I was overdoing it too often, it made me tired, and as a result, I found myself sick. After receiving the doctor's advice, it was because I was too enthusiastic about exercising, which shocked my body because it wasn't used to it.
Discipline and consistency are difficult; many people may only find it easy at first. If I hadn't gotten sick at the time, I might still be consistent with the same schedule, but now I only do it in the morning and rest my evenings.
Consistency and discipline are good habits to adopt in any aspect of life, but they're not easy to achieve.

Everyone is motivated by something which trigger the desire to become consistent before succeeding. Anyone with a passion for something can not make success. You might also have passion for a thing and not succeed no matter how consistent you are. I guess in such cases it could be hardluck or not just doing it the right way. But when right thing is done at the appropriate time being consistent will leed to success.
Motivation is good in terms of providing the initial push to do things, but that alone is not enough, as it relies on our feelings. Sometimes we might feel lazy and unmotivated. This is where discipline comes in, to help us continue even when our passion and motivation fades. As for me, I always try to remember the goals I want to achieve, and that allows me to stay consistent with what I do, even though it's hard sometimes.
I agree with this. Motivation is only the initial trigger, and it usually lasts for a certain period of time, but sooner or later it fades, and what remains is routine or a way of life.

But to reach that point, time needs to pass. So patience is another very important factor.

It's a combination of those factors but that is true, motivation fades eventually and later on it's on you that keeps on doing it. If you're able to remain consistent because of the motivation that you have, it means that you're already honed and after the possible result of what you're doing and that's the success that you're longing. So, it's with the help of other discipline that one can have, being patient and being consistent if these have come always together with the other factors, you're on the right route and it will take you a moment or two until you see the best results of what you do.

Habit is also formed around what the person is capable to handle, they're people who would consistently wake up every 2am to read for 2 hours, while some others could deal with that at 6am, a person who is sure that they won't be able to wake up each night by 2 o'clock has to reschedule to something possible in their own terms. Trying to be steady with doing what's not simple for us may not build up to be a habit, since the person isn't used to the activity and would always fail to be punctual in the process of achieving a goal through methods they won't be consistent at handling.

It is very difficult, it is really very difficult. It is very easy to get motivated and it is easy to take action after being motivated, but consistency is difficult. Being consistent is really not easy, now I can confirm that a lot of bad days will show up more than good days, you will feel the need to quit but if only you can be strong enough to go through those days, it's just just being or a saying that one needs to be strong but it's very difficult to even be yourself to be consistent,I have been consistent for a while but at some point it feels like I should quit but now I realise there will be bad days so it's fine to be sad but never to go back on the journey.

Staying consistent and not just motivated requires so much discipline that we often not pay attention to, and even if the consistency, it goes beyond doing it for a period of time an then stopping, it will mean continuing evenn through the test of time, not stopping until you are actually done and have results and sometimes beyond the results the consistency continues so as to sustain the results, infact consistency beyond results has to be once of the hardest because before the results, you could stay motivated because you are looking at achieving a certain results but once you have achieved it and you no longer have to chase the results, you will find out that your drive could drop because you have already achieved that which you wanted but if you wanted to maintain that results, they you will have to unlock another level of consistency, this will require you to do as much as you have done to get up there, and even through a longer period of time as long as you want the result to last.

Things that aren't easy to do will give birth to goodness or success in the future. That's the case for someone who consistently does whatever they do. It's certainly not easy to maintain consistency, but the results you'll get if you succeed are incredibly satisfying.
I've also been at a point where I'm tired of being consistent, but I always remember the ultimate goal, and I believe that hard work never betrays the results.

It took me a very long time to know that for my business to be successful I need to be consistent . Consistency is a very hard thing to do you need to be disciplined enough and sacrifice alot to be able to keep showing up for your business and whatever you are doing towards self development .
When one have been able to be disciplined to the point that you keep being consistent even when there is no form of motivation from anyone or no one is rewarding you . You will soar  to higher altitude and be very successful , because this two set the pace to success.

Your body didn't fail you. Your idea of discipline failed your body. Years I spent believing that discipline was the cue of crushing through the opposition, continuing the course no matter. Then I would get a burn and then I would come back and make the same logic. The cycle continued in that I never asked myself whether the thing I was so much consistent about made sense. Discipline became its own justification.

What you're calling "not easy to achieve" may be "not worth achieving in that form". Morning-and-night exercise could not be sustained since it was not responsive. You developed a system which was not flexible to fatigue, stress, illness or changing conditions.

I reflect on it with work as well. People congratulate themselves for regular 12-hour days until their relationships collapse or their health gives out. The consistency was real, but it was consistently ignoring crucial information.

The routine you have in the morning may be more discipline than the routine before because it considers reality. Discipline is not repetition despite feedbacks. It's repetition that integrates feedback. The difficult thing is not keeping a habit. It is being truthful about whether you are serving the habit or the habit is serving you. Most people never ask that question because the asking itself feels like weakness.

Right hard work is not really doing a very heavy job but the act of remaining consistent even with all the wavy moments, that's the hard work we used to hear about now I have come to the understanding that it's even more hard to be unbroken in the mentality than to be physically tired, the capacity to stay strong in hard tempting events towards your goal is the real hard work. Consistency is the haed woke for me.
