I would simply say people are value and creation within an economy.  Many countries including China and others are losing people, they have to fight the tide to improve their economy while suffering that loss.

I think China and the likes are strong countries and even lead the world. That being said, they can in fact get more people from other parts of the world or those who are currently suffering about their economy, only to earn well and for them and their family live a comfortable life. But losing people or dying is only normal if this is what we mean here.

very rarely do I hear this argument while immigration is discussed because people are valuable quite easily and the rise of AI will not alter their growth value.

That's odd because if the topic is about migration, then we can't avoid to have an argument like this. About the AI, I think they work mostly in digital spaces. So if we are expert in labour or manual works, then yeah, we must not be afraid with them.

Here I want to add one more thing. People in our country say that there are no jobs in the country. But big companies say that they do not get skilled people. So the biggest thing here is skills. If you have skills, then money will follow you. You do not have to forcefully recommend jobs to other companies but our country's education system is designed in such a way that they only produce graduates. And at the end of the day they remain as educated unemployed. That is why I think we have to become skilled first, only then will we create our own unique value.

We are living in an era where skills matter more than the number of degrees you hold. Although schools are also important but your true professional value is determined by how well equipped you are with practical, relevant skills. The more skills you develop, the more your worth increases in the professional world. But remember always try to upgrade skills with time to meet the modern world needs. our education system is not able to produce skilled person by updating education system, companies also get skilled person. This is only government who can bring change and can take big step on large scale. By this we can get confident and globally competent person. Give strength to the education system not give benefit to the individual but it give benefit to the national progress and economic growth

Investing in myself is the most important decision I have made for myself because if I don't invest in myself there won't be any success story to tell in the future, acquiring skills and investing in yourself shows that you are ambitious and you are very inform of the path you want to take. Getting educated is one of the best investment one can gift to oneself even with your skills you still need education to brand yourself out there and make yourself valuable too, investing in yourself is also like discovering yourself because you will get a clear vision of exactly what you want and you pursue it.

Of course the world today favors those who are creatives and have values for themselves without entirely depending on any government or individuals

But I think people before are more creative than compared to now that the life of the people seem to become easier because of the internet and the newly introduced AI. Now what usually matters is how you market your self or the hype even though your project doesn't have much weight.

and as a matter of facts there are people who the economy are  hunting for and when those people are seen they wouldn't want to joke with those people because they are really helping the economy, in terms of healthcare and other importance of lives they assist.

It is not only the fact that they can contribute but it also gives them contribution. So as long as the offer or opportunity is legit, why will we ever make a joke about it? Though unless if the propose amount is only like a joke too or tiny for our quality.

Yep you are right bro if we are not adding value to ourselves, like we don't know how we are going to contribute in this society then we can't earn money because we only earn money when we are giving something back to the community, like in terms of jobs, in terms of services etc.

If we are just wasting our time and just a burden on society then we can't make money but sometimes we think what we are doing how good that can be for the community but that's just bad thoughts that we should not let them take place in our minds.

Is actually something very good to creat value . If you are somebody of great value, people must seek for your services, you become a figure that people cannot do without. How do you create this value? You create value by developing yourself, learn and improve in your skills. As a man of value, people will come to seek for ideas and services and by so doing you become a mentor, and you advance in your area of specialization .

As a man of value , your ideas can even be converted into wealth, because as people seek for your services, sometimes you might not offer it for free, because you have invested in yourself and gain knowledge, people pay sometimes to gain your services or knowledge.

I agree that we should increase our value in various ways, as this will also increase our chances of earning more money. However, we need to be specific. By this, I mean we shouldn't develop ourselves in too many areas, simply choose one or two skills and develop them until we become proficient, so that we can earn money from them.

Sometimes developing ourselves in too many areas can derived your sense away from the right things, doing the right things, or making the right decision. Due to the factors that are beyond individual's control and even make some of them mentally ill i.e stress, fatigue, anxiety, frustration, burnout, emotional instability, depression and so on. Too much of everything is actually very bad. And no matter the situation we found ourselves, we should always remember that our health is very important, and it should be our number one priority. Developing some many skills is not what matters, what actually matter is the comfort and income that we're getting from them.

Everyone want to be a valuable person because we know many people who are getting education and they are spending millions of rupees for that and they want to get success in their life . If you are earning good then you should invest this money in the market with knowledge because many people are earning good amount of money from them job and they are stable in their life And want no growth in their life . These are ways to make oneself a benefit to society and able to meet ones surviving needs. The end goal of reaching any purpose, the education part of learning in which people are much interested in, is to get the knowledge and be able to fit in any working position, so as to earn a living.

Indeed, but I will add another layer; the application is even more valued than skills. You may have the best skills in the world, but if they do not make money or add value to someone, you will not get paid well. On the other hand, someone who is less skilled, not educated, but knows how to get things done for his client, will always earn more. I remember a scene from Money Heist where they show Pakistani hackers (not so skilled or educated) working for the professor, which is a good example of what I mean.

If you know how to make viral reels, even if they add no value to society, people will pay you millions to run their ads. We are living in the age where money is the ultimate goal and if you find a way to make enough, you are invited to podcasts and listened as if you have the most knowledge in the world, lol.

The ability to satisfy the thirsty needs of people is value, the ability to give people what they need, or can't do for themselves or by themselves is value.
No body is paid for going to school or being a graduate, instead you are paid for the needs you are able to meet
A skill worker won't be paid because they have connections rather would be paid for the problem they can solve.
Labourer are paid for the service rendered. All this are value which in return attracts dividends money,

Value creation is fundamental to everyone one. First thing should come first. To everyone, the development of self for opportunities comes first. When self is not prepared, opportunities are usually missed and misused even. Most times resources are required for adequate creation of value most especially values that can stand the test of time. Like some people who was once a learner but has prepared enough that the values they now give is equipping others in that field.
