In which Sport do you prefer to bet?

Maybe because boxing games is not daily or they some boxers are not that well known.

That's probably because why.

We wait a 6 months to a year for a match to happen for our preferred boxer. That's a long preparation that they need to have for an event to happen.

Whilst for soccer and other team games, the arenas and stadiums are there and the teams are prepared to play for each season that passes by.

So maybe that's one of the reasons why it's not on the top 10 but we know it that it's one of the best sports out there.

No wonder they've got literal Billions of fans on that site's list.

A few years back, when Pacquiao was at his peak, the entire country would literally come to a halt just to watch his live match. That's how big Boxing is in the Philippines.

But this is largely due to the fact that Pacquiao is Filipino. Or is it? Is boxing popular in the Philippines now that Pacquiao has retired from the active phase of his career?

Soccer reigns supreme in every country of this world if really we are to be sincere with ourselves in our comparisons concerning which sports activities people or gamblers bet on the most..

Reason being that football is highly loved across all the continents of the world, I have not come across any country where there is no football presence, but talk about other sports like boxing, UFC type of sports, lifting of heavy weight, table tennis, volleyball, basket ball and some others, all of this sports games can in individually available in one country and won't be available in another, like here in Nigeria for example, it is now that I am beginning to see some groups forming boxing association, and ufc type of sports..
Volley existed here but right now, I am not sure it's still as common as it used to be when I was still schooling.
But football is universal and it's one sports game that can never go extinct but will continue to grow until the world comes to an end.

i mostly place bets on football. i lose very little in this because i have loved football since childhood. i used to watch many players and many clubs play especially when my older brothers used to bet. i am not that interested in cricket because many times even very good teams suddenly play badly. because of that those matches get lost. other sports like baseball table tennis volleyball hockey tennis golf do not feel that good to me for betting. but when you know all the football players you can understand who plays how and which team has a higher chance to win. and if you want to win a bet you first have to see how the players and the team usually win. that is why football feels more suitable to me for betting.

We grew up in a neighborhood where the only  sports that we saw as the real sport is football. I remember how we used to gather bricks for goal posts with a rubber ball with our dusty pitch behind our houses and evenings like this the entire street with gather either to play or to watch the game played and that's how a vast majority of young people from the part of the world picked interest in football games from initial but as for them crickets or tennis or badminton and other games like that, we only watch them online. I always believe that soccer is what makes me feel real pleasure. You bet on your team, wait for the match, and once it starts, you cheer for them… nothing can be compared to that moment. Yea, football is my best and nothing more. Infact, I have not tried betting on any other except soccer. Firstly, because I play football, and I love it. Secondly, since I play football, so while watching it, I also try advising the players, especially my favourite team, even though I know they will not hear me. Football is the heritage of many people in sports, I grew up in a place where as a youth you have to belong to one club, even the ladies are not left out and not because we are used to watching them, the influence makes some of us becomes a fan of one or two clubs and that brings the passion for gambling that why we have alot of football fans that love betting, just like they said it gamble for passion of football but I guess some of took it for the money.

You wouldn't know that people are gambling until it's Wednesday and weekends. Before I knew that other sports exist in my childhood, I thought football was the only sport that only existed over centuries, on the street of Nigeria, so many children sets up team to play with orange as a ball when they couldn't afford to pay for leather ball. A child of 2 years older is been bought with football by the father to play with it earlier on.

Gambling on football has been very profitable for many players and that is one reason why people prefer to gamble less on casino games and more on soccer. No doubt football will definitely carry the majority votes in this comparison since inception football have been the Frontline sport games with most fans across regions and since the game os not age limited most people do sport activities freely which make it betting to be very popular among people,  although we have other games that make up for the list of popular sport games that we majorly play but football happens to be at the number one among them no doubt about that.

Gamblers round the world running into billions of numbers. Just imagine trying to monetise  these figures using an average amount of daily gambling that are done. The figures and truly huge.

Maybe it’s time to give them attention. I actually know the rules because I play the game well, but I don’t care to know their players and how the bets are been placed. As for me, I usually bet to make sport watching more interesting, and since in like 99% of situations I watch football, take a guess on which sport I usually bet.
