Unfortunately, most gamblers today really take it seriously and some even try to consider gambling as a source of income. Bullshit. Gambling is gambling. It is a tool and only you decide how to use it. I used it for profit, today i use it to relax with minimal bets. Someone just like the process of playing some casino games. Do what you want and don`t think that gambling puts you into depression - only your decision do it. If you can`t play seriously without depression - avoid gambling, but it doesn`t mean that all other gamblers have such problem.

This is a valid point, as taking not only the casino but all life situations in general too seriously is detrimental to such a person. You need to always maintain a light optimism and a cheerful attitude, and then everything will work out in any endeavor. The only problem is that too much depends on luck in the casino, and even if someone comes with a good attitude, if fortune is unfavorable today, they will definitely not win, and it will be a difficult test for them to restrain themselves from negativity and maintain their initial good mood.
