It's no problem if someone is betting with small stakes. It's that guy's intention why he gambles and that's to have fun.

The higher you risk, the higher the profit and the higher you are also going to lose. If anyone wants to risk, they should risk their time on other things than gambling where the winning rate is under probability. This isn’t really analysis, this is pure gambling. It’s basically hoping the team that’s most likely to lose somehow wins. I’m guilty of doing that too.
