The wallet seed is the life of the wallet, so these seeds should be stored in a place where they are never lost. My advice would be to note the wallet seeds on paper and store them in a very safe place and discuss this wallet seed with a trusted family member so that if one forgets, the other does not forget and so that at any time they can save these wallet seeds and activate the wallet again.

And if you don't do everything to protect the wallet you will not enjoy the benefits of that wallet, because I have heard some wallets use that there is no good wallets in the internet to download. Even though you download the most safe wallet on earth and you don't know how to make the seeds phrase safe, it will make you to loose BTC that will make you to hate all the wallets in the internet.

The safest place to keep your seeds phrase just write them down in your inner room, because you have the keys in your inner room which anyhow person cannot enter. I don't know about other people but my inner room is a safe place were only me and my siblings can only have access..

Specifically it's ain't about the paper that the seed phrase is written on that poses the problem of loss but the place of storage of the written note. Some persons lost their seed phrase due to where it was kept and either a family member disposed it off ignorantly  or accidently damaged it. Now on trusting another person about the knowledge of our seed phrase is just another type of risk in itself because people could actually change for unknown reasons and circumstances.

You can easily frequently create a new bitcoin wallet cause you did not have any worthwhile bitcoins in it, could be with an insignificant amount of sats. No cryptocurrency wallet owner who loses his wallet worth valuable amount of coins in it that will not worry sick in search for how to recover his wallet seed phrases to access his coins. This is the disparity you missing in there.

Now I'm on the verge of opening a new wallet account and my mind is telling me to store it on my phone instead .
  But one question still hits me .."What if someone steals your phone?". "And the person that stole your phone already knows your phone password?" Will he not automatically have access to your seed phrase?
  All of these questions leaves me in Hobson's choice ...any idea?

Again, what if your phone got hacked through phishing link you access online ignorantly not knowing is a phishing link. Offline is the safest means to safely store your seeds, through paper notes, inscribing the seeds on a steel plate  to be stored in at lest two different locations, afaik, this are two of different great way to stored bitcoin wallet seed phrase.
