It's hard to tell if they are now a scam or not, but there have been some complaints about them by some users, though we don't know what the final outcomes were.

I haven't heard about them in a while now. I did a quick look on Google, and I found this cryptomixer .io is selective scamming, and their Trustpilot rating is horrible, and scamadviser.com says that their trust score is 1(just to be clear, the two websites I mentioned do not mean that the mixer is actually a scam website).

Like what JeromeTash said, Mixers have been banned here in the forum, you'd probably have more responses on atlcointalks if you post this there.

I confirm, according to the LoG:

1. He sent more than the minimum amount and less than the maximum.
2. He sent the coins in the right time.
3. He has NOT received any coins after 3 days.

The letter specified 0 delay, so they are very late with his coins.

At this moment I would advise anyone to AVOID [banned mixer] at all costs.

If they don't respond to OP, I can only assume they have gone rogue and are stealing coins.

Right now I believe cryptomixer is a scam mixer.

There's an update, it looks like cryptomixer's domain has been seized by the German government. _act_ posted a thread saying that cryptomixer has been taken down. You can also check cryptomixer's website, and it'll say "this domain has been seized".

If there is no return of money directly to the victims, then freezing coins that are recognised to have once been involved in a hack, theft or similar excuse under which they are called tainted must be stopped immediately.

All KYC bs, confiscation of coins, and seizing mixer services are just looting under the pretext of regulation. I am not sure how successful this method has been in preventing crime, and whether the sale of drugs and weapons is decreasing
