Recently, I'm trying to experience something, it might not be new, but I decided to turn off the sounds or audio of the slot games that I played...

I always turn off background sounds on all sites, including casinos, because they interfere with listening to music or other audio information, which I almost always have turned on when I'm at my computer. So my desire to continue playing does not depend on the casino background sounds.

Never did I attempt to play slots with sounds. Most slot games have their respective themes and they implement sounds that are either annoying or too loud in my opinion. Given that I play slots just to try my luck and not to observe the screen whenever I play.

For me, playing slots without sound seems less interesting. Visuals do help us focus, but sound adds appeal for slot players. If you try playing slots without sound, I'm not sure if it would have an effect in reducing addiction. But for me, it might not be effective enough. I almost always disable sounds in any webpage unless I am watching something on youtube. Those casino sounds probably have an effect on your mood like you said but I disable sounds because I find them distracting. I hate it especially when the page plays an embedded video automatically when I am browsing. I hate this more than anything probably and that’s one of the main reasons I always have an adblocker plugin on in all of my devices and web browsers.

Some websites put a sfx button in a very accessible spot though and if the sound is going to help me in any way, i turn it on but that almost never happens because most websites try to bombard me with ads and crap. Naturally casinos take their fair share too. I end up muting them also.

Base on my experience this base on my mood, before I was playing with the full sound effects of the game because its fun and gives hype also its include with the cool animation and and effect combo even you arent watching is you can identify if you are winning with the slot games, but afterwards once I experience a consecutive losses thats the time I made the game more serious so I do off the music sounds instead I just turned on the SFX and add an additional sound trip for my taste like what base on my playlist so I can get the vibe to change the mood because if you get carried much about the game possible you might get tilted on the things what is happening to better lighten up partially, i do hate sometimes over sounds because its quite annoying anymore so still user's preference if you will on it or off.

With or without sounds, it does not give any effect for me because I can enjoy both situation but what I dont really like is when the sound is not that good for my ears.
I can accept sounds on some slot games but I cant accept other slot games so I have to to turn it off whenever I play it.

I always do this when I gamble play with no sound, because it feels more peaceful to me when the casino I'm playing in is muted. Plus, I can think more calmly when there's absolutely no sound. Back when I used to gamble with sound on, I felt uncomfortable and couldn't think clearly.

Even I have played slots without sounds when my family had been sleeping near by, I cannot conclude that sounds are leading a gambler to gamble more or not. I do it too, and apparently, we're not the only ones. It's an advantage of playing online slots; you can't do it on a physical slot machine (unless you want to wear earplugs). Slots are carefully studied and designed to make you want to bet more and more. Turning off the sound only combats part of the design, but it's the only part you can turn off.

Certainly thought about it before, but when i watch some streamers with music on while playing slots instead of the slot music, i dont like it as much and always request to have slot sounds if possible
