Turning off sound while gambling has nothing to do with winning or even getting to your emotions. I don't think so gambling is something that happens within you so trying to bring in sound to this matter is something that, I don't buy into you control what ever that you do so the trying to blame sound for your gambling excesses. Sound will not make anyone to be more attracted to gambling we should not shift blame for our inability to control our gambling habits that has crossed the line.

You're right, sometimes while playing casino you might even forget about the sound of the casino, of course I have experienced this several times. Sometimes I easily forget to turn off the casino sound, the reason why I usually reduce the tune or off the sound is because I wouldn't want to disturb people around me or letting them know that I'm playing casino more especially from my kids because whenever they hear that sound they will just assume that it's a game that I'm playing I mean normal game, when I fail they will start disturbing me that I should give them a chance to try not knowing that I'm betting with real money. I always turn off the sound when playing slots, unlike playing plinko or crash games, but the reason why I turn off the sound when playing slots is because I feel the sound is annoying because it doesn't match what is displayed, there are even sounds that are scary for me, so I decided to always turn off the sound, not to reduce excitement or other reasons such as to not continue to feel interested in playing slots.

Has nothing to do with winning? Yes, I agree. But I disagree regarding emotions. Bad(for you) sound can negatively affect your emotions and vice versa, good sound makes you feel good. There's even a theory that certain specific sounds make you keep playing while you would stop without hearing them.

That's what I strongly agree with. No matter what sounds we hear, we should be able to control our emotions and stop when it's really time to stop. Turning off sounds while playing slot games will hardly be of any help to someone who's addicted.

I may not really be conversant with the feeling coz am not really into slot due to how risky it seems, but then most of my guys are into it, they think that it doesn't require any kind of technical knowledge to win.....But then a quick question to you though, don't the sounds give you away especially if you are around people? Some slots providers must be very bad at calculating then, because their game sounds are annoying or dont fit gaming situation For a test I have been playing slots with a buffalo on a logo and it had western design, but during game rock music was playing. I was expecting western music, banjo to hear, but got rock music instead, and in fact the tune was too fast for relaxing game.

Of course, that's true, but sometimes you can even skip games to fully immerse yourself in the holiday and Christmas atmosphere. I think that's wonderful. I really feel it, what you said is true OP that when the sound of the game is turned off then the sensation is not really felt, as you said that what gives a great sensation is when we hear the sound of the game playing, especially if the game is running very well, it's really fun.

I feel like pragmatic slots winning sound is irritating. Like when you have a big win or especially sensational win, the celebration kind of sound it gives is irritating to me. Maybe it's because I play slots a lot but I can't just stand it. That's correct, your own is different from that, which you have already said that you don't play that much but there are some people that sound do motivate them to keep on gambling, which is why whenever they are playing games, they will make sure that they turn on the sounds.
While most people do turn of the sound while playing games, which they believed that they sound will distract them and might cause why they will fail, that is why they will do whatever thing it takes for them to focus on their gambling, which will not change anything, whether they will win or not is totally based on luck.

Yes I had tried to off the sound to play some slot games and it is not interested so I had to on it back again. That sounds give motivation and make you to node your head when playing. It give the fun of the game. And without that sound the game would be boring. Though the sound should not be so loud but at the ot moderate level.

Anyone has tried this method though? Or this is not at trick that is going to work in the long run as visuals is still the main attraction?

I have not tried it before and am not a good fan of slot game, but even I do, I will still not turn it off because those sound makes you know you are in the slot machine. Sometimes the sound is even a reminder to let you know where you are.

Gambling without a sound or if the sound disappear while gambling, it looks like drinking in a bear parlour where there are no music, it makes you not to sport the difference between a bar and a cemetery.
