Well I checked your site and found some of the things are not working properly from my end. For example, by default, the language was in "TUR" and then I changed it the "ENG", but despite the the texts below did not change! I though it was because the site didn't load properly, so I waited it out, but still no changes, still in "TUR" (see the screenshot below)!

Also the site seemed a little slow/laggy, not sure why but some images or elements at the bottom were not loading or rather seemed broken!

You are absolutely right.
These issues occurred because the website was in a testing phase last night, and several updates were being applied during that time.
That’s why the language switch and some visual elements did not respond correctly.

Everything is being stabilized now, and we will run a new round of tests shortly.
Thank you for your patience and for pointing this out.

By the way, did you notice they had mandatory a phone number requirement?
Yeah, I signed up on the casino yesterday and noticed that the phone number box must be filled before successful sign-up, but I also noticed that there is no verification of whether or if the phone number filled is correct or not, they clearly stated there that their verification isn't working yet.
So I guess for now, new users can actually sign up with wrong phone number if they don't want to fill their real numbers, but this idea makes no sense to me since the casino may later possibly request kyc and phone number verification.


Just my assumption anyway. Also it's my first time posting on this thread and this is a new casino, so I should use this opportunity to say a welcome to this forum @hellocasino, all the best.

I mean if they are gonna keep ignoring the forum rules, use AI to post, avoid answering users questions and refuse to fix the bugs pointed out by the community, then what's the point of having this ANN thread? Does it make sense to you in any way?

ofc it doesn't manke any sense, but they won't be the first to publish an ANN and abandon it after things get "tough", and i suspect the reason they have not fixed any of the bugs is because they are using some whitelabel casino software with no dev support, and whoever is behind this casino doesn't have the technical skills to fix anything.

It seemed like a really bad start to me.

I also see that they have finally updated the design and content of their announcement thread and purchase copper rank, so it seems they do listen to everyone's feedback.
That's right, they gradually began to evaluate each feedback while still focusing on promotion. There's no rush so I'll also let OP do his thing. Because there are so many suggestions and feedbacks, it's normal for everything to be in the queue for a while.

That's right, sir. There's no OTP verification, so entering your number is fine, as it's just an additional requirement. I think our number is fine without an OTP.

It's kind of worrisome when, after 3 weeks, they still haven't obtained a license, and it seems their gambling casino operation is still in the experimental phase, which is why I haven't even attempted to create an account here yet.

So, I really hope they address this quickly to avoid ending up with major problems in the future, though anyone who wants to promote the casino on this forum platform is welcome.

the license is not really the problem and it's not that big of a deal if they are planning to operate honestly (they wouldn't be the first casino operating without one).
the problem is lying about it thinking we are all idiots or something.

think about it, if they would lie about something this easy to check, what else would they lie about? perhaps everything else they said is a lie including the "testing phase".

So, I really hope they address this quickly to avoid ending up with major problems in the future

Scam casinos exist everywhere and in every region, I do not think or believe that scam casinos are region specific or are based in one particular region.
I have signed up but haven't depositted any money yet to try the casino, but I will do very soon, but however, a friend of mine who comes around this forum from time to time told me some days ago that he made a small deposit to this casino, played a few games but he wasn't lucky, he lost all, so he didn't get the opportunity of winning and withdrawing.

You can as well try the casino with a small amount of money at first, play some games and see what the outcome will be, I believe you should not have any problems withdrawing your money if you are lucky enough to win.

They’ve been around since December 1 in the forum, and so far I haven’t seen any scam accusations against them. So it’s fair to assume that withdrawals are working fine. What the poster said above is correct though, just try it first with a small amount and see for yourself.

The fact that they’re advertising here also says something.
It usually means they’re serious about building a good reputation, otherwise they wouldn’t even bother showing up.

I read on Casino Guru that many Turkish casinos are scams. Has anyone tried this? Do withdrawals work?
HelloCasino is new launched online casino platform, I have seen recently they launched a promotional campaign, Although I don't know exactly from which country it’s being operated. I am searching on google, you seem to be confusing one with the other, in the casino guru i found hellocasino.com and it’s very bad reviews, it’s established on 2014,  but we are talking about hellocasino.io, both of different platform.

I am searching on google, you seem to be confusing one with the other, in the casino guru i found hellocasino.com and it’s very bad reviews, it’s established on 2014,  but we are talking about hellocasino.io, both of different platform.
I will definitely check this out later and if indeed this be the case, then I did honestly say that the management of this casino made a mistake by naming their casino after another casino that is already known to be a scam casino..

Leaves me wondering what's so special with this domain name "Hellocasino" that they didnt go for another domain name seeing that Hellocasino.com is a scam, with a difference of just the .io extension, there was no way the bad reputation of Hellocasino.com won't rub off on this casino.
Just saying this though, there is still the possibility that both casinos maybe be managed by one person and if this be case, then it means that even this one may be dangerous too, but only time will tell.
