In as much as we all are relentlessly fighting to overcome such irritating urge, some safety precautions should be taken to help mitigate and reduce it because in as much as we are tempted by those revealing and attractive nipples of a standing breast, resisting in a private place becomes a 50 50 chances for someone that have not fought that irritating spirit. Do you think its because of the sharia law in the northern part of the world that limits such rape cases over there, the answer is no. They all dress very decent and always keep there sacred body covered because they know that both men and women are moved by sight and not what we don't see
Self-control is non-negotiable. Period. Rape isn’t about temptation or clothes, it’s about power, entitlement, and lack of consequences. Saying it’s “50–50” based on what someone is wearing is basically shifting responsibility away from the person doing harm, and that’s where the logic breaks.

Also, the idea that places with stricter dress codes or religious laws magically have less sexual violence is a myth. A lot of those cases just go unreported because of shame, fear, or punishment. Silence doesn’t equal safety.

That is from your own point if view if you think indecent dressing is never a propelling force to such act, know problem then always appear indecent especially if you are a lady and wait for the testimony that will be if you can escape it when the time comes.

As for the people with sticker dress code or religious laws experiencing less sexual harassment if you like call it myth or any other word that qualifies that, one thing that is sure is we are in a civilised world where information can not be buried for the sake of shame but exposed for the world to know what is happening around us.
Let us come down to normal reasoning and not arguing to win, have you every been attracted to a lady wear big and all body covering clothes that makes them look like old women even if they are still young, note what i mean is just normal affection and not the other way round

Well in this society of ours this days the cases of rapes are not longer News it's now an anthem in the faces of everyone now, there are a lot of debates on what actually can be the major causes of rape in our society today and looking at it we could say a lot of things are the causes, for the adults that are rape we have things like.
1. Indecent dressing
2. Too much mingling with the boys
3. Pressure
This few can be listed for the adults and as for the little ones Minor's. We could say that the pedophiles may either be.
1. Psychopath
2. Taking revenge
3. Destroying a future yet to come
This one is the worst of all in the rape section.
And all this happens because most of the people cought up in the act are still free out there living among us like someone who is clean of everything not knowing if given the opportunity will cause more harm than good.

Rape is a serious and growing problem in society. It is never caused by dressing, behavior, or pressure—the blame lies entirely with the offender. Many perpetrators remain free, which allows the cycle of violence to continue. Strong justice and accountability are essential to protect both adults and minors.

Seductive dressing is not permission to force someone into sex. There should be a willful agreement between both parties before sexual intercourse. If a girl said she is not interested in any intimacy, you don't have the right to force her because she seduced you. Even if you think she wants you, when she says no, stop your actions immediately.

The cause of rape is a lack of control and some mental problems. Anyone who rapes someone would have to go for a mental evaluation.

On the contrary, you can not be walking up and down, scantily dressed and want to justify it to be moral no.
There must be something you are looking for or desire to have dressed seductively.
Because there could not be any real intensity of enticement if there is no desire.
When you engage in the act of seducing people, you get rape in return.

Every of these unwholesome acts, whether seductive dressing or rape is driven by some spirits, called the spirit of lust as stated in the Creators Manual.

1Jo 2:16 For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Gal 5:16 [This] I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
