Usually, I mostly use Trust Wallet. Does this also count as a non-custodial wallet?
I know Cake Wallet — I’ve used it before. When I stored my XRM, I used Cake Wallet.
Trust Wallet is non-custodial, but it isn’t fully open source. It supports many coins, so I can see why it is popular, but there are better options that are more secure. I opened up Trust Wallet to see what it’s like today, and it looks like they’ve tried to put as many features and advertising inside it as possible. It’s a very bad UI, but I’m sure they make good money from all the unnecessary bloat.

To ensure that they are never frozen, you must use non-custodial wallets such as Cake Wallet or Exodus.
There aren't that many quality multi-coin software wallets that tick the important boxes, such as non-custodial and open-source. Exodus wallet only ticks one of them. Regardless, I have never felt like this is a good wallet. Every now and then, stories have pooped up involving mysterious "hacks" and the disappearance of funds from Exodus. I wouldn't want to use it. Cake Wallet and Unstoppable Wallet are perhaps a better pair of software wallets for multi-coin holders. But still even if we use cake wallet or unstoppable wallet, our USD Tether can still be frozen, true ? I think it is by design that tether can freeze USDT from any wallet or exchange Yes, but that was in response to the question of whether a centralized exchange could freeze BTC. To ensure that they are never frozen, you must use non-custodial wallets such as Cake Wallet or Exodus.

Unfortunately, despite being non-custodial, Trust Wallet is not trustworthy. A few weeks ago, they were hacked and users lost several million dollars. Earlier, I wrote that Exodus might also be a good option, but I take that back and also consider it a poor option after they stop support XMR. I really don't like that. Cake Wallet is really great, but only their wallet, the rest of their services need more improvement.

Trust Wallet is non-custodial, but because it's closed-source, no one besides those close to the project know this for sure. It's got a really bad reputation and deserves to be called NON-Trust Wallet instead. I would never store anything of importance or value in it.

I believe it's better to go for Dai option than choosing LUSD as Dai is still accepted on many platforms and its liquidity is also higher than LUSD. Both of those are better when we compare those to USDT, but people often use or prefer USDT because it's accepted everywhere. I also use USDT for trading at centralized exchanges and to be honest, I've not yet faced any issue with it. However, I would never withdraw funds in form of USDT because for me Bitcoin works better than others.
USDT is the most battle-tested. Let's call it that. It remains the most popular option worldwide. But like I said previously. If you still have access to USDT, DAI and some other non-compliant stablecoins (according to EU regulators) on the CEXs you use, that means you are not residing in the European Union. EU citizens can't use either of the two on CEXs. Unless it's a smaller exchange or the CEX doesn't care, of course. USDC is the most popular EU-compliant stablecoin. Thank you everyone for sharing — I’ve learned a lot. I also looked into DAI. It seems much better than LUSD, because on many apps you can purchase DAI directly. Now I’m thinking about something: if I use SageSwap.io to exchange my Bitcoin for DAI and then deposit it into my centralized exchange (CEX), is there a risk that my account could be frozen? From what I previously understood, whether you receive ETH or Bitcoin, there is always a chance of receiving tokens that have been flagged — for example, high-risk or tainted tokens. That could potentially lead to an account being frozen. I’ve never used DAI before, so I’d like to understand the situation better. If you receive BTC/ETH or another cryptocurrency with a high AML and you sent it to centralized exchange like Binance your account will be blocked and it won't be so easy to unblock it. You can always check the AML of the cryptocurrencies you received there are bots on tg for it.

So how do we check / know that the funds we are sending from our wallets or receiving it from anyone directly to our wallets doesn't have a high AML. Is there any site where we can check the AML results for the btc addresses ? And how does SageSwap ensures that the fund we receive after swap are risk free ?

Trust wallet used to be completely open source but they stopped along the line siting security concerns on the aspect of anyone meddling with the code when vulnerability is spotted. While I don't completely trust their choice of close source or semi open source, they have their reason for going that direction. I just hate the fact that they have turned the wallet into a shit I don't know; maybe they got carried away by their quest for too much profits. The volume of adds in the wallet now is nauseating.

Cake Wallet allows you to hold other cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH as well, you just need to create a new profile for every new crypto you wanna use.

For Bitcoin I suggest you to go for Electrum wallet as that's the top wallet most people use because it's open source and it's code is available for public. For ETH, Metamask works pretty well, but there's also another open source wallet called MyEtherWallet. I've not yet tested that MyEtherWallet so I can't recommend that one but I've used Metamask and it works well.

This Bitcoin AML Checker has been advertising and promoting itself on the forum recently. You can take a look at what they do. There are other similar services out there somewhere. Even the block explorer, Blockchair has in-built AML checking capabilities when you use them to search for an address. It displays results from different AML services. So, what wallets are trustworthy right now? I just checked Cake Wallet, but it only supports storing XRM. I have Bitcoin and ETH. Which wallet should I choose?
Cake Wallet will allow you to store bitcoin and ethereum as well if you want. You just need to go to the 'Wallets' section and create new wallets for the assets you want to use. I think you can use your existing seed or generate brand new recovery phrases for each additional crypto. Personally, I don't like storing bitcoin in multi-coin wallets because we have quality bitcoin-only software that do the job. For Android, I prefer Blue Wallet for my bitcoin. Some others will say Electrum mobile. Good software wallets for desktops are Electrum and Sparrow. Hardware wallets remain the better choice, though.

Tried the platform for conversion of USDT ERC20 to USDC BSC, everything went very well, took a min a two to complete this transaction. OK great, thank you for testing this service. I don't need it yet, but I'll probably use it later. I would like to add some observations and comments of my own, as a little support and help to the service provider. It's very important that you have an Escrow Guarantee and several different channels of communication with customers. It's also important that you do not collect user data and that any successful swap is automatically deleted from your database after 7 days. However, why do you think you will never need to introduce a kyc rule in the future? Of course, anonymity is very important to all of us, your current and future users, and that is the main reason for using your service, but in the event of a court decision or ban, it will still become an obligation, right? So far, I have already seen many crypto exchanges that initially did not ask for kyc, but were later forced to introduce it due to pressure from the authorities. From a design point of view, I think they could improve the look and feel of your website a bit. It's a little confusing that you have the FAQ on both the FAQ page and the affiliate/login page, and the text under the question "How do I bring up collaboration details?" is not visible because of the links for Telegram, X and others, etc. Can you fix it? Of course, these are all minor and less important things, and the most important thing is that your service remains anonymous and reliable, as it has been so far.

We will never require KYC and will never introduce it, referring to our statement in the Support tab: “For Law Enforcement, please be advised that we will not be providing any information. Do not contact us, as we will not respond or share any data.” From a design point of view, I think they could improve the look and feel of your website a bit.
You may be right, but this simplicity is also cool. We will definitely need to improve the FAQ and Affiliate tabs. It's a little confusing that you have the FAQ on both the FAQ page and the affiliate/login page, and the text under the question "How do I bring up collaboration details?" is not visible because of the links for Telegram, X and others, etc. Can you fix it?
We have it written down in our TODO list, it will be fixed in future dev changelogs, thank you.
