Bump!

That's right, we have a wide choice of communication with support, so there's something for everyone!
So far I see 3 ways for communication:
- Email: Support@SageSwap.io
- Telegram: @SageSwap_Support
- X account: SageSwap_io

With these options, surely everyone can reach your team easier now.

We also have Session and Signal!

Hmm, I see. Well, i think contacting through email is the best option in my personal point of view.
As Telegram and X(twitter) is banned in some areas around the globe.
But I would suggest one more thing to the team that if it is possible to add discord for reaching out then it would be a great and another best way to contact the team to get any help regarding this sirvce. What do you think about it?

We don't think Telegram is a good choice when it comes to security, but Discord is just a disaster. However, we prefer to stick with the more "Private" ones.

I agree, Telegram isn't a good choice for security, and personally I avoid using discord as much as possible. I believe the best option is always going to be the e-mail option, however X.com option could be somehow useful as well.

For every high level communication e-mail works much better than any other platform whatsoever. I think session is good option for privacy lovers.

Email is fine, but only when GPG is used to encrypt messages. If not, Session should be the best choice Smiley

Yes, GPG encryption is important to have maximum privacy for e-mails, if someone don't know much about managing of keys then in that case Proton mail could be savior. However, there's no better choice than Session when it comes to privacy I agree. Smiley

I totally agree with you here, as when it comes to security, Telegram is not the best choice, and more especially when you are making a business deal with some partners or clients.
Other than this, mate, may I ask what is the reason behind that you are consider Discord a disaster? Just a question, as you may have a better idea about it.
And I really appreciate you reacting that way, like keep sticking to more secure and private contacting sources is the best choice when it comes to the business level. Privacy and security are the right of everyone.

Honestly, I've never really liked Discord either, I just haven't seen it enough and after this news about the introduction of kyc, I think even fewer people will use it than before: https://www.theverge.com/tech/875309/discord-age-verification-global-roll-out
I mean, really, who would really want to do a kyc to use Discord with so many other alternatives available?  Grin
Telegram is definitely not a secure tool either, and I trust the app even less since its owner Durov ended up in prison in France and allegedly made a deal with the authorities to give them full access to Telegram in exchange for his freedom.
SageSwap, I suggest you leave email and X for communication.

Isn't the fee rate high?
A $20 transaction incurs a fee of approximately $1.50. Are the fee rates the same for all currency pairs, or is there a pair with a lower rate?
I tried sending USDC privately, and it costs about $1.50 more.I like the system, except for the fee part. It has a very nice and simple website design.

I guess the fee for swapping on such sites is always on the higher side, especially if you are converting a lower amount, you will feel the burden of the fee. Usually, people who need to convert a large amount of money, they don't mind paying this fee as they are able to convert their crypto without KYC and that's a big plus point for them.

Another thing to note is that if the amount is less than 50$, its 6% additional fee, so better swap more than 50$ and save a bit on fees.

Quote
Q: What are your fees?
A: We charge a fee from 1% to 2% plus transaction gas fees. Please note that for amounts below $50, additional fees of up to 6% may apply due to the low value of the transaction.

X has never been added as our official contact. You can check our official contact details at https://SageSwap.io/Support

We cannot just remove the email address, as many people use it and encrypt messages with gpg, so it is fine.

I believe in order to use SageSwap one has to read the FAQs first as that's important. In FAQs it's clearly mentioned that when a user's swap amount is less than $50 then they'll have to pay 6% more fees.

The users who swap more than $50 may not face any issue of that high fees, but those who swap less than $50 may have to pay 6% more fees.

Even if we pay higher fees for such swap than still it's better than using a KYC exchange because it gives us piece of mind and it has the best level of privacy.

I did my own test for an amount above $50 for a BTC/ETH swap and the amount I got in return was within a few cents of my transfer. The difference, once gas costs are included, was around 1%. For comparison, I checked on an aggregator to see what rates were offered on the most well known instant exchanges, and SageSwap was better on the BTC/ETH pair. On BTC/XMR trades, SageSwap offers a competitive rate that was within a few basis points of the best quote from reliable aggregators.

Swaps are also fast; funds were sent after one confirmation. The funds I received didn’t seem to come from an external liquidity provider, so I believe they are being truthful when they say they have their own reserves.

Overall, this looks like a promising service for those that care about maintaining privacy while also getting a good exchange rate.

When comparing it with other services(0.0003 btc to USDT,) we will find the following prices:
19.6 USDT 19.4 USDT

Most services request a minimum amount of $50, so paying ~$1 in fees isn't that expensive.

A: We charge a fee from 1% to 2% plus transaction gas fees. Please note that for amounts below $50, additional fees of up to 6% may apply due to the low value of the transaction."
You can create an option with a zero transaction fee of less than $20 for anyone who leaves a review about the service.

Yes, I just saw that question and answer section, but I think it's not bad. However, it might be better if the transaction fee were the same for everyone. For example, even 5% wouldn't be too much for someone using a large amount of money in such a transaction.

I did my own test for an amount above $50 for a BTC/ETH swap and the amount I got in return was within a few cents of my transfer. The difference, once gas costs are included, was around 1%. 1% is an incredible percentage. I'll try it on the BTC/ETH pair. I did it via USDC, but I'd say it cost me about 3%.

19.6 USDT 19.4 USDT

I didn't know other services charge $50. If that's the case, this fee is nothing.

Oh, then it's good not to shift on Discord, as I really didn't have any clue about that. Thanks for adding this to my knowledge. Well, the reason behind why I was saying to add Discord is that there we can create a community where any random user can be able to join to get help about the service from its users and from the team. But the point that you mentioned to me in the previous post, then it's not good to add Discord.

Other than this, I have a little suggestion here for you, which is that you can also add an ANN thread in the support section of your website, so that new users will be able to land themselves here if they need any help about the service. What do you think about this?

That's true, I thought this measure would be implemented for residents of my country, but apparently facial recognition will be worldwide, so Discord isn't a good option because you'll have to give up your privacy to use it. It's not a good idea to include Discord, especially if you're using a platform that prioritizes privacy like Sageswap.

I don't know if any country will be excluded from this measure.

I believe it's time to leave Discord and move to other more secure and privacy enhanced platforms. Discord is simply waste of time and it's not worth it to give our KYC details to a platform like it. So anyone who prefers privacy should avoid Discord at any cost. Those who use Sageswap prefer to have high levels of privacy and for such users it's 100% worth it to avoid Discord forever unless they change their policies. Even then, it's better to go with reputable privacy enhanced services than choosing it.

I tried Sageswap and didn't encounter any issues. The site is simple but designed to be quite functional. I don't see any problems with the fee section; even hidden transfers have been simplified to such an extent that I think a fee of between 1% and 3% is acceptable. I congratulate the developers.
