As per today's discussion with the head of BC's... I actually don't know what division they're heading, but as per their decision, BC will now handle everything themselves. That include these current situation on this batch. It came as a surprise to me too as I wake up to this news and decision.

Hopefully that is enough for them to get your situation resolved. As for the one you send me today, I'm afraid I can't send that as the second the new head made their call, other divisions have to oblige and cease from communicating with me.

Sir have they told you anything about how are they going to help everyone who is having issue's about bcgame. Because i didn't see a single person from bcgame resolving issue of people directly. Atleast provide us some means through which we can get our issues resolved.

Nothing, other than that I no longer need to be involved in BC.Game work.

The executive summary of cases that they made before finalizing their stance with me has your ticket being mentioned [questioned] in the necessity of internal discussion though, in a good way, as in they're wondering internally how to solve this without futher endless process.

Umm, may I suggest to wait a little? I managed to get your older record [the one from 22nd] sent on the night before they made the call to cease me from bridging them. My contact had what they need. With some hope [and I trust that contact so much] although maybe don't hold your breath as it's still cross-department and maybe they got blocked on their attempt to escalate the matter.

Umm, may I suggest to wait a little? I managed to get your older record [the one from 22nd] sent on the night before they made the call to cease me from bridging them. My contact had what they need. With some hope [and I trust that contact so much] although maybe don't hold your breath as it's still cross-department and maybe they got blocked on their attempt to escalate the matter.
Sir there's nothing to wait as if they had forwarded that  they could have raised the issued and made ticket about the issue but i can't see any active ticket on my bcgame account. So just hping that they might help me get out of this situation bcgame isn't responding at all . In thr name of support on their site they have AI replies only which tells us just to check for answers support q&a's . And no real people to help us players out . I don't think they are even looking into forum complaints even i forwarded everything to bcgame support account on the forum through dm still no progress has been made so far. They can't just ignore people's complaint's
