I should have sent the video from 15th right away but the only problem is i don't have other phone currently to record the video. The soonest i can send is Tommorow morning . As per today's discussion with the head of BC's... I actually don't know what division they're heading, but as per their decision, BC will now handle everything themselves. That include these current situation on this batch. It came as a surprise to me too as I wake up to this news and decision.

With some hope [and I trust that contact so much] although maybe don't hold your breath as it's still cross-department and maybe they got blocked on their attempt to escalate the matter.

With some hope [and I trust that contact so much] although maybe don't hold your breath as it's still cross-department and maybe they got blocked on their attempt to escalate the matter.

Sir there's nothing to wait as if they had forwarded that  they could have raised the issued and made ticket about the issue but i can't see any active ticket on my bcgame account. So just hping that they might help me get out of this situation bcgame isn't responding at all . In thr name of support on their site they have AI replies only which tells us just to check for answers support q&a's . And no real people to help us players out . I don't think they are even looking into forum complaints even i forwarded everything to bcgame support account on the forum through dm still no progress has been made so far. They can't just ignore people's complaint's
